We are trying to exclude any rebalancing of all the already released Content. However, if there is a need, we would have no choice but change something to make the game more balanced

I have a idea for Redox. 25km/h speed. It would make him the fastest Attacker mech, his HP is low for a Legendary Attacker mech, but a speed like that would make him more interesting. His HP would stay the same. His ability DMG would be a bit more and also faster, it also affects shields (it would do both DMG to shield and HP at the same time), what do you all think of the idea?
