That or I'm right and plarium doesn't want to admit it and they're not gonna make Drew tell another lie either. Because in my experience when plarium staff won't talk with you it literally means plarium does not want to deal with the problem because they don't see it as one. Fear of being attacked doesn't seem to have prevented me from getting an answer on other topics. So I wonder why this topic specifically is ignored.

The truth of the matter is when most of the implants that show up in the shop are for new, paywalled items, the only conclusion that can be drawn is they're trying to get you to buy the new, paywalled items. Plarium doesn't want to talk about what plarium doesn't want to change.

     Crystaldrew knows if he replies then he will get attacked. You should try complaining in a way that's not attacking people or using strong language. There is nothing wrong with conplaining about games (especially this one) but at least do it passively.

Drew if the implants are generated automatically for me then how come I never see implants I need in the shop and mostly new stuff as well as mostly only getting new stuff from crates? Or is it generated automatically to try and get me to use cash?

Well, I can't believe it but after waiting since the launch of pilots, however long ago, this finally appeared in the store for me.

Yeah, this has become a real issue. It is not truly random for either winning implants from the crates or having eligible ones appear in the store. I have collected my daily implants since the feature was launched and I have never gotten the gold ArcTorrent Range implant, the Guardian Ability Range implant any of the gold damage implants, or the mech ability (Cooldown, duration, etc) implants. I have instead been offered the gold Arachnos Turret Damage implant at least five times (despite winning it from a crate), and similarly been offered other useless gold implants as many if not more times like Thermal Lancer Damage or Longarm Reload. At this point I am getting repeat offers for even the useful ones I've already collected but I never see the others.

You can't restrict a process that is advertised with random odds like this to only the lower value items. The same with Gacha event crates where the actual odds of winning a high-value item early on are obviously less than advertised. 

So is this another issue that you're gonna pretend you can't see it?
