Some nerfs that NEED to happen
There are some nerfs that need to happen. A lot of mechas and weapons are way too op and need to be nerfed so I will just go over the big three.
The first one is obviously rocket mortars. The concept of it is okay, but pilots ruined it. Instead of dealing a little damage over a big area, it is literally insta-kill in a huge area. There is no way to avoid it on some maps, and very hard on others. Unless you have a killshot or surge, if you see a rocket mortar icon, you are 100% dead. One way to fix it is to remove the weapon all the way, but that would cause a lot of turmoil. The most logical answer to me would be to remove the pilots and implants for the rocket mortar or severely debuff the pilots for the rocket mortars. This is #1 on my list for a reason.
Number two is the nerf of Zephyrs and Surges. I understand the ability, and I think that it is fine to a certain degree to freeze people. There are two possible things to nerf that would make sense to do. The first is to reduce the amount of time that you are frozen, like 3 seconds or so of freeze time and to not have it able to be increased by pilots. The second is reducing the energy capacity from 24 to 16. The second one would not be too much of a nerf because you would still be able to put missile rack 8s on Zephyr and shotgun 8s on Surge.
