i dont mean that i mean in the normal game not the highest lev . you have only 5 def and 5 off lower levels under 100.i want in this area more than 5 lev thats what i want. so please add some more lev under 100

I think he's talking about the distribution of infests on a particular account.  Like when you push your max infest level up to whatever the current limit is, you don't get many low level infests anymore.  I don't see them changing this tbh, if you wanted to keep doing low level infests you shouldn't have pushed so high.

LOL you want them to increase the max level but also you want to get more low level infests?  Aren't these contradictory?

why not ;-) biohazzard  small ones brings troops and the bigger ones brings troops and points ;-)

low level infests doesn't bring nothing.

In the end, infest are all about how much res you spend and the troop window you are in.

They are nothing special, high or low results are the same if you do them right: more troops.

The more missions they add, the easier getting troops will be if you save a few to change.

Really? I would love to know why, i'm certainly curious since they were putting new emmis not too long ago and some other upgrades like the HQ update and such. So does that means from now on no new emmis, infest or upgrades will be added?

Infestations will be added as soon as a percentage of players have finished the highest level Commander. Devs Team monitors this and decides if and when new levels will be added. IMHO I dont think new Emitters will be added. Keep enjoying the game! 

As long as they keep adding infest, everything is perfect :) the new emmis were only being taken by the MoR and Regulators clans since they knew exactly when they came out before anyone else so it's not a big loss for the rest of us. cheers!
