He mostly had Air units there
Sending 10k of troopers would have done some nice damage
since air units are weak to infantry and armored corps
It definitely would, I can't feed another 10k troopers though :/ Oh and apparently he healed them because I killed another 600 of them in one of his depos the next day :P

Certainly nobody has since I joined GG (a little over a year ago), maybe somebody did before that but I don't remember :P
It would be possible I guess, I'll usually bunker if somebody starts spamming hundreds of nukes lol. Of course they'd still end up losing way more than they got ,especially when I came after them with nukes... Raid attempts I don't mind, but if somebody nukes me I nuke back XD
