The options bar at the top of the screen is too big now, makes it difficult for people not playing in full screen.

(Forgot if this happened before in PC; I used a mobile browser for a while and it didn't, but it's a lot more obvious there since it takes up about a tenth of the screen there.)

What the hell are you doing to help the people that can't login, I have 4 clan members that are not able to access thier accounts.  For 2 days now!


Great update once again, on things that didn't need updating, Now people have issues, and the main page looks like something from the 90's Good job , once again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Commanders, we'll fix the issue of leaving the game for going to the foprum. This will be corrected soon.

As for top panel size and scrolling bar which hinders zooming, these things have been also reported.


Commander HOUSE OF PAIN , if your friends are still unable to login, please advise them to contact Support. Our agents will check their accounts and help them promptly.

I wasn't aware that the main page ever needed a clean up, but right now it just feels massive and in your face. A little overwhelmingly so.

Commander, can you please explain what exactly you mean by "massive"?

We'll change the font size, for it not to be so big. What other changes would you like to see on the main page?

Its apparently difficult for these players to send a support ticket fro nowhere??  When they can't even retrieve thier game id for a ticket ?  I can act on thier behalf, But I am not sure how this will be helpfull ?

I believe Tapsites will be a new type of Deposit.

However, I believe there will be more information on this new type of structure once more data has been collected by the appropriate scientists.

Commander KESTRAL , our Support team may ask you to perform some repetitive actions in order to make sure that the issue is not related to the regular loading / login issue. Please assist our technical agents and provide the info requested once again. Also, specify whether you changed the e-mail address used for your registration into a new one. For now, we are checking if this causes the login problem. Thank you for your patience. Be sure, we do everything for you to get access to your Sector!

Commander, we've made an automatic fix which is applied to the users who can't login. Still if there are players who can't login after this fix, our technical agents will apply it for every particular player. That's why I ask you to contact Support again.

It's been the weekend 2 of those 5 days (Which I believe Plarium takes the days off for), and the Help Desk may still be sorting through a large amount of tickets from the relatively recent Total Domination: Reborn incident.

As the General has said, Plarium has introduced an automatic fix. It simply may not have been detected by your browser, and as the General has suggested, try clearing your cache and cookies.

No, I'm not. As my title implies, I'm a Moderator, who tries to help players and keeps everyone in line with the Plarium ToS.

I have been in your place before, unable to login before, and I attempted to contact my clan mates outside of the game.

If you have the contact information of any of your clan mates, you can send them your orders from there while the technical issue is being sorted out, it may take them a bit to make a fix that works for everyone's system, as they are all different.

Unfortunately, technical issues do sometimes happen in any online game.  Plarium is working on fixing the login problem, but needs to identify accounts that are experiencing the issue so they can figure out what is wrong and fix it.  Please contact support and explain the details of the problem you are experiencing so they can fix it.

Support has been contacted 35 times, Its a joke, 24 hours between reply's,,  That account is one of our key players, And I to assume that something more underhanded is going on here ??
