No, I'm not. As my title implies, I'm a Moderator, who tries to help players and keeps everyone in line with the Plarium ToS.
I have been in your place before, unable to login before, and I attempted to contact my clan mates outside of the game.
If you have the contact information of any of your clan mates, you can send them your orders from there while the technical issue is being sorted out, it may take them a bit to make a fix that works for everyone's system, as they are all different.
