Note that that is no official answer. This appears to be a community support forum, not a company support one. i.e. No authoritative answers given here.
We, like you, would all like a better answer (click here, go there), but nobody has offered one to date.
It would be worthwhile to go Menu / Help and pose the question.
If you do, please report what they say back here.
We, like you, would like to know the score, during the event, too.

I can see it being a bad idea if players knew which Kingdom was leading. Everyone would concentrate on that one instead of spreading out trying to make points overall.

Of course the seeing the score is a double edged sword.
Those who are highest do become targets but...If they are attacked they can also still gain lots of points in defense. There are always plenty of traps, ambushes on Rss locations, and raids.

There is a rough way and knowing how you are scoring in rebellion... Since 90% of the points come from the towers (kills) Write down the top 2 orders kill stats/losses from each 4 kingdoms
... This is a very rough way but a good indicater of how your kingdom is doing..

Just started playing Kingdoms War: Rebellion and I’m seriously hooked! The graphics, the strategy, the alliances, everything feels so intense and immersive. I’ve even been using erone to track my gaming time and keep my sessions balanced. Highly recommend this game if you're into real-time battles and epic conquests!
