i have cleared the cache, reloaded two different browsers, rebooted the computer, sent a ticket to support.  please don't tell me to do any of those things; i have done them.  and i can log in fine but i cannot load the game; it hangs at zero.  what kind of screenshot does anyone need?  a picture of the zero?  ridiculous.  that screenshot won't help anyone.  the assailant i was after is surely defeated by now... by someone else.  my houses and farms and all are surely cranking away... making extra stuff for attackers to steal.  my upgrade and study and training might be done, and starting new ones would help in kwr -- but i can't do that if i can't load the game, right?  never mind the errands i cannot do and the experience, rss and prizes i thus cannot gain, not to mention points for the kwr.  and the best thing of all is that i bought a vip pack but it didn't show up, so i reloaded the game -- and that's when i stopped being able to load the game.  so y'all are perfectly willing to take my money but i don't get what i bought AND i can't even play the game.  perfect.

The game was not loading for me too.

But after a refresh with cache cleaning (Ctrl-F5) the game loaded correctly

has been 2 days an still cannot log in. wow what a fix.

If you're at such a critical point in time in the game

(

• No order to defend you for 2days;
• Nobody in the order you can contact so they won't kick you;
• Not enough troops to defend/deter for only 2 days;
• No shield up;
• No recovery in the form of treasury/infirmary/gold for resurrecting
• etc.
