the prizes vary.   the express prize is not always the same.   nor the others.   I actually won.  i bought 2 tickets btw.  But when I clicked to claim the prize I was half asleep.  i have no idea what i won lol.   but there were no sapphires .  of that i am sure.

Anyone can win. But those players who actively participate have higher chances.

1. If a league or group of people find a way to Exploit or cheat the raffle system will there be a fix implemented?

I honestly dont care about the issue if its illegal or legal, I believe thats for lawyers and players who spend lots of money in this game to decide and that is there problem.... but i do care about people cheating the system... are you guys 100% sure the raffel is not being exploited....

why are people allowed to keep buying tickets periodically.... and why do I see the nearly the same people winning over and over.... seems fishy to me

here is an idea: Why is there not a legendary raffle where its like 100,000 tickets that cost like 10 sappires per ticket and ONLY 1 TICKET PER PERSON.

this event or new lotto or w/e you wana call it would of been so much better if it was FAIR, and not just a way for your company to make money off of coiners and the 1%, the rest of the 99% noone cares about.

the idea is good, i personally love to gamble... I go to real Casinos....but with the odds and prizes you guys set up ONLY A FOOL OR A RICH PERSON would fall for such a trap.

f you still have any doubts or don't like it for some reason, you can continue playing the game without participating in Draws. It's up to you. please be serious, most sapphires are purchased.  and as turok stated, you cannot differentiate the handful of sapphires gained through "gameplay" and sapphires purchased.

it is stated that you can win sapphires in tournaments:  try winning them in tournaments through the growth paths of quests and tribute.

winning sapphires in tournaments due to the use of purchased sapphires makes all sapphires won purchased.

there are also websites in st martinique where gambling is legal, horse races, dog races, sports.  does uncle sam care if it is legal in st martinique? no he does not. if i use those websites, uncle sam will prosecute me for using them.

at least it had to be 300k for win 300k (min considering the full price), each "casual"  extraction disappear many sapphires  from the prize pool

I have spoken to my lawyer regarding this new feature and my continuuing to play the game.....

you are in fact breaking the law in my state. whether you are doing this online, or in brick and morter makes no difference. the transaction is happening at my keyboard. 

i can no longer legally spend money on the game.  two things put me in legal jeopardy here:

1) there is no way to differentiate which sapphires spent on ticket draws are won in game and which ones are payed for with real money.   

2) there is a prize won. and plarium is not a legal entity in my state to raffle a prize. 

If for some reason i got caught gambling it would cost me my business license. gambling is a HUGE no-no in the bar industry.
