Still having issues on freezing. My phone is new and have excellent internet connection. This is really annoying. Still haven't heard a reply from any of the so called support team. And I've created so many tickets.

Hello Lord ..., i remind you that ,this game Stormfall Age of War wasn't designed for play it from the phone , even if there is the possibility to do it using some app , For the Mobile there is Rise of Balur .

And you say you created so many tickets , can you show us some screenshot with that ?é wish you good game and good battles !

     I don’t know how useful this is to everyone or your company, I would recommend improving the ability of the PLARIUM PLAY application to provide the player with an autocomplete login and password, it happens that several people in the family can play through the same computer and in the same application. Each time, entering their personal passwords into a complex combination is problematic. 

 I hope my proposal to increase the relevance of your application and will return all players from browsers.

Can you add slider in lost arts and obelisk of power? It's frustrating to click and drag to reach goal and then put into research what you wanted.

In lost art you are pointed at the beginning and to navigate to last lost art there is clicking and dragging a lot. With slider you just click and move slider to the point where you want it. More efficient.

I cannot get the desktop app to run.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Cleared the cache and cookies.  Run as administrator.  It acts like it starts to run and then just closes out after about a minute.  I have a 64 bit Win10 laptop.

There is a bug I Plarium but whenever I try to send a message to support I can't get into Stormfall support. It is really annoying as I can't upgrade my troops

  So... after failing 3 times to open Plarium Play on 2 iMacs and missing the bonus window , I finally succeeded downloading and running PP on my Mac mini ... It has an I5 processor while the 2 iMacs have the Core Duo processors... Plarium didn't post any minimum  system requirements so they might do well to take this info under advisement and save their Mac game players much frustration....

I would also ask that Plarium afford me the PP sign up bonus they offered that I missed out on because of their lack of info...please...

Hello! Plarium Play is available for macOS and Windows 7 and above. There are no other requirements for the devices to install Plarium Play. Cheers!

Last couple of days there has been terrible lag in the game (right after I recommended it to a friend!) and today it hangs at 80% loaded. I have tried reinstalling to see if this resolves it - but loading still stuck at 80%


Update: After 10 minutes on 80% the game opened, but terrible lag, took a long time for all the images to load. No problem with Rise of Balur on the Plarium Play App!

It could be that the game is experiencing very heavy traffic due to the Many activities being played at the same time  Champion tower and brawl. How is you signin time now that the Brawl is over ?  Also are you playing on a Desk top or a laptop computer and have you cleared your browser cache and restarted ?

Of course I have cleared cache and restarted - I have been playing long enough to know that these are the first things one does before complaining! The game is still lagging badly - loading sticks at 80% for up to 10 minutes (I just leave it until it lets me in) and then the graphics take forever to load once the game starts. This has been since the last "update" - and is something new that I have never experienced before.

Playing on a laptop with an SSD, not a hard drive, so load times should be instant!

I turned in a response about this problem 1 year ago about how when you join a league and players send you an INGAME friend request it does not show in the friend request button that is in the black bar at the top of the game window because the app cuts that black bar off in the app AND while playing in full screen it is cut off.  you must tell all new players not to play in the app or school them to switch back and forth with a browser to see friend requests from league members. and if they play full screen they must switch out of full screen to see any friend requests. please look at this issue again .
