I don't think any player should be singled out for any reason, be it true or false it is damaging to the player and in some situations, can affect their self esteem and or mental health, it's not a risk I am willing to take. You can feel free to share your methods, in fact I would encourage it.

The defamation was HUGE on test during the old school flame wars when KT made war on destiny. In game and on the forum. test recent post was nothing compared to it. I valued both and would like social forum events as both to be alive on this forum. Sure moderate and calm etc. Do not take them away. I bow to test for not whining about the defamation vs him earlier. I personal need more moderator views how you can moderate with such contrasts. Different people in charge?
Please reconsider and allow more old school flame wars on the forum. It makes the game fun. And it is good therapy for in game events.

If anyone chooses to act they can and will be held accountable for it. It is when there is no proof that it becomes libelous to talk about it. Indeed if you read the ToU that you want to use to justify your action do not state the reason you cited for the record the ToU states "1.2. While free debate and discussion are encouraged, we will not tolerate posts using inappropriate/offensive language or content. Below are guidelines to help determine whether or not certain language is appropriate. There may be inappropriate language that does not fit into any of these categories. We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case-by-case basis.
Clear or implied language which:
a. refers to or threatens violence in any capacity that is not directly related to the game world.
b. is rude or offensive in nature, including but not limited to: personal attacks, name calling, cursing/foul language, cyber-bullying, trolling.
c. insultingly refers to other characters, players, or groups of people, be they in-game or external.
d. promotes racial/ethnic/national hatred, alludes to symbols of racial/ethnic/national hatred.
e. refers to sexually explicit topics.
f. negatively refers to any aspect of sexual orientation pertaining to themselves or other players.
g. negatively portrays other page member’s personal religious beliefs or major religious figures.
h. references the performance of illegal activities, including software piracy and other intellectual property violations.
i. excessively communicates the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish."
The post contained non of the above mentioned items and many posts that KT members have made do contain items mentioned above and were not moderated. Lack of enforcement sets a precedent and that precedent is then a new unwritten rule (see any modern legal system) for whatever reason you have decided to go against precedent set before and want to hide behind the ToU which clearly does not say anything about a player being singled out for actions that have been very clearly documented. In short everyone is accountable for actions that they take and your logic of nobody being singled out has not and is not being enforced and not possible to enforce because by stating an opinion one chooses to single themselves out. Lets have some good old fashioned accountability here.

The post was always going to cause controversy, it could also be conceived as libel (verb) towards KT, I encourage discussion however I don't think that was a very friendly thread for either side, so I deleted it.

I will make this short and simple it's a war game do you not share the enemies war tactics is it Test fault KT has such bad war tactics and took it to a whole new level he should be allowed to say how he feels and to show there war tactics ever how bad they may be. Hi post should not have been removed if it is ok for kt to say any number of things about Test the same should go for Test.
a big fraud, at this point many players work with/for plarium..... work for destroy other troops, secret bg and other mechanisms many top secret but with one purpose= kill best troop
