Hmm for me I can send champs but it once they arrive the enemy shows still full health for about a minute, then it updates to dead.   What an odd issue...

Tower event is ongoing for almost 30hrs now. Nothing has been fixed.  

People are not participating out of shere frustration . Cmon. Whats being done ?

The team is working on resolving this issue at the moment, as soon as we have details we will come to you with them. For now we must be patient because this issue was more complicated than initially anticipated.

Tower is almost ending and the issue is still there .... unbelievable.

Interestly enough, there is nothing wrong with the buy package push every other minute. That is working just fine....

So ...please refer to the owners that any compensation  "gift" will include 8 star geists, sapphires, sketches and soulstones....I dont need anymore 100k food packs....give your players something that is valuable to let them know they are valued...Why did tower break anyways...notthing was new in the rewards last tower.

I say go back to the UPDATE from 2 weeks ago and remove the lines in the code that was put in for the Tower.  I don't know who thought that this would be good thing    WRONG !!!     Why fix something that works ??  Did Plarium want to intentionally slow down the Tower ??

** You can only send 3 or 4 Champs to the Tower before the glitch starts

** When you go to send the 4th or 5th Champ to the Tower, it shows Champs that are already being sent and you get a message that this Champ has already attacked the corrupted

** There is a 15 - 25 second delay in the game showing that the corrupted has been killed

A solution to the problem has not yet been found, however today we received a reward for our iron patience.

We will keep in touch with our specialists, and when its fixed we will announce. 

I guess we are due for a "Bronze" reward for our continued patience

I know its frustrating, I have the same issues as u guys have regard tower, But as i previous said we cant do anything beside waiting for a fix to be found. I was told team is working on this. 

Regard the Patience gift i will also push for a better one.

Find better developers, lol. The mechanics of  the tower event hasn't changed in a long time. No additional floors were added. No additional champion types. Nothing changed in the rewards pool. So, what triggered the bug? What was added/updated? How was it tested and deployed ?

More and more people just dont want to participate in the event, out of frustration. 

What is even more bothersome it the lack of acknowledgement from plarium. It's a bug affecting all players, on all servers by the looks of it. And yet, except a few "wait for a fix" from moderators, we have nothing....

so any critic to plarium on the forum u post is removed. this is why the forum is dead and this is why the game will folow. u remove my post and send me to see the rules that i insalted someone i only say if u specialist how u call them dont know how to fix the problem maybe u should find bether specialist. 3 tower in a row and u specialist not fix the problem. that is over 1 mount. instad remove my post maybe u should go screm at u specilist to fix the problem not whaste u time remove my post and send me to see rules becose u specialist  dont know how to fix the problem . u allways do this mess with someting that work fine and ruin it with u specialist.  if it have problem with paying u it gona be fix in 1 h.  

Yes. It really seems your specialists are hard at work, plarium. The 3rd event with the same behavior. Its been more than a month since it started. Time to find something else to do with my time. This game is going from bad to worse.....

Also where is the compensation for the previous tower failures from plariums side.....where was this....Fix the tower and like George says hire someone other than a 15 year old kid to do your coding

Guys, we understand your frustration with the tower issues and the lack of compensation. While compensation is not automatically given for every issue, we can certainly submit another request for one. However, please understand that we can't guarantee it will be granted, as these decisions are ultimately made by the development team.

As the players have said it's been way too long for this tower fix to be addressed. And the idea brought up to shut down the Tower Event isn't a bad idea.

The players don't need compensation; everyone can do without a handful of troops or bonuses.

If the developers aren't able to fix the tower bug after six weeks...disable the tower event. Don't waste your valuable time on non-functioning game content. For this and other reasons, I won't invest any more money in the game.

Remove the bug or remove the tower event.

I personally dont feel the issue is adressed in any way. For a web-based game, to have a bug ongoing for the past 2 months its just not possible to ignore. As a marshal of a league that always strives to finish the tower event, its getting harder and harder to make player contribute, especially in the lower levels when everybody is in a hurry to get their sends in. 

@Valahia , I do appreciate you doing your job as a moderator, however, ultimately, it brings absolutely no value added , for us, the players. We are the stakeholders/clients in this situation. You,plarium, as a supplier, are failling seriously at your job and that can only mean one thing in the end. Whether we like it or not, we need to change the supplier.....

Hi, Lords and Ladies! I understand the disappointment and discomfort this event causes now. This issue has proven to be quite complex in scope, and our team is currently investigating a solution. We hope to fix it as soon as possible.

Utterly dissapointing. It's like you are trying to make us quit this game. What kind of bozos are working to fix this problem ? Is anybody even working on it ? 2 full weeks have passed and still nothing. We dont want you to send a rocket ship to Jupiter. Just fix the darn bug.
