EMERGENCY AID 

It's been 1 day. no new updates. I installed from seven (stormfallSetup and PlariumPlay). The update still did not happen. what should I do.

I am betting you did not remove all of the  old plaruim play from your computer first . It must be completely removed  (each and every version )  Including Previous down loads and apps even the recycle bin. after you have sent everything there. 

Then restart your computer and check through and Make sure all traces  of the plarium Play app are gone before you try and re-install.  if this doesn't help then use the support link I gave you in the post above
