I also lost 20 Energy when I sent 3 Champions out on attack undead at the same time... once the 1st Champion hit, then when the 2nd and 3rd Champions hit they just went back to as if I never sent them.



NOW I ONLY SEND 1 CHAMPION TO ATTACK UNDEAD AT A TIME, SO I DON'T CONTINUE TO LOSE ENERGY




Agent Pavel... please reimburse my account for 500 Emeralds for this issue.


If you're sending 2 level 3 champions to fight the undead, you're wasting energy no matter what you're doing.   If you send them both to level 2 undead, you're wasting energy as the 2nd champion has nothing to do.  If you send them both to a level 1 undead, you're wasting energy since the first champion is overkill and the 2nd champion has nothing to do.


If you send them to ANY other level undead, you're wasting energy, as the first champion can not defeat the undead and therefore receives very little experience.  Unless the 2nd champion finishes off the undead, it also will receive very little experience.   Even if the 2nd champ does defeat the undead, it will likely receive less experience than a normal single hit kill would, so also a waste of energy.


No matter what you did with those 2 level 3s, you wasted energy.

What more do you technical support people want?  First you ask for screen shot, and then you ignore and reflect the evidence provided to you. Now you ask for a video, which will be ignored and reflected just like the dated screen shots.  Some people talk about rude replies; but isn't it also just as rude for Palurim technical support personnel to deliberately ignore and deflect a known game problem and multiple game issues.  Commonsense would dictate that this amount of people would NOT be complaining about the same game problem - if there wasn't one.

I now understand my mistake and I can confirm that I was sending champions to the same undead location. 
There is therefore no bug in my report; I apologise for the misunderstanding.


Still, I'd like to make a suggestion to make things simpler and clearer to everybody : like it is done with the battlegrounds, please indicate wich undead I already have sent a champion to.

At first, I thought it might be the XP Booster - but screenshots and comments seem to rule this out ... but something is interfering with normal operation which we need to identify

I don't want to appear critical, but don't expect a straight answer from Plarium technical support.

If anyone doubts me, then check page 3 on the bug reports under my title: "scribe giving wrong scrolls".  I gave clear evidence of screen shots  whereby my scribe was giving me lost art scrolls for lost arts that were already discovered days and week previously. However, technical support apparently couldn't read or understand the dated screen shot information and closed the report. 


I lost months of game play being given scrolls I didn't need to discover, and couldn't even trade because they vanished and didn't appear in my scroll house. I wasn't offered a scrap of compensation for being given scrolls I didn't need. 


The scroll issue was a game bug the developers didn't want to admit happened or recognise, and the denial is happening all over again with the "Champion" game bug.  They ask for screen shots as proof, and when these screen shots show the proof - they ask for video.  What next: a tribunal hearing before they admit the game has a fault? 


You be your own judge and make your own decision, but I refuse to be a collaborator and play a game that refuses to be honest to its players.

You can get several identical Scrolls for the Lost Arts which you have already got before. As soon as the Discovery of a Lost Art is over, you stop getting any Scrolls for it. This how it supposed to work. There have not been bugs due to which Scrolls could disappear. So, I cannot confirm that such situations could be the result of the error on the server side. Scrolls can be sold accidentally or some other person who has access to the account can do it. To avoid any issues with the access to your account, you can address article Protecting your account data

Sorry Andrew, but this sounds insane

As soon as a lost art is discovered, we should never again be given unwanted scrolls of that type

Could you give a better explanation please - this is important


I am collecting Dragon scrolls on facebook and would be horrified if I started getting Wyvern scrolls instead

Why am I not surprised by the Plarium technical support comments. LOL

To answer your questions Andrew - if that is your real name?

1) No one has access to my account

2) I didn’t accidentally sell scrolls from my scribe house

By the way, it also happened to my sister who started playing the game 3 weeks after I did. However, instead of reporting the issue and getting “robotic responses” from Plarium technical support, she just abandoned the game.

Getting back to the original bug posting. There is definitely a game BUG with Champions not getting their full HP after attacks. Sometimes a Champion only gets half the HP rewards, and sometimes they get nothing.

No one has to be a genius to understand Plarium deliberately created this BUG to force/entice some players in spending real money on Emeralds for extra energy.

Stop ripping players off, and then Plarium might have a games whereby 70% of the players are NOT inactive. 


Some people only like playing for free, and some don't mind spending the odd $10 bucks here and there for enjoyment, but when a player gets ripped-off and gets no resolution to their problems - then the majority with an IQ above 60 don't return to get ripped off again.

I believe Agent Andrew was trying to say that a player can receive a daily scroll that he/she has already received before....provided that the Lost Art that the scroll is associated with....has not yet been discovered.

My screen shots demonstrate without doubt I was given scrolls for lost arts that HAD been previously discovered.

I leave it up to everyone's own judgement, but its impossible to deny I was given scrolls for lost arts already discovered when the evidence is before your eyes in dated screen shots.   I have nothing more to say on this subject, if people want to deny the truth, then that is their prerogative.

Want to see something really funny?


The second screen shot clearly shows (look at the computer date bottom right screen 09/08/2018) that on 08/08/2018 I was given a chivalry scroll.

However, the first screen shots clearly demonstrates (again look at computer date bottom right screen 09/08/2018) that my lost art chivalry has already been discovered and is level 15 of 32.

A player stops getting Scrolls for the Lost Arts that he/she has already discovered. In your screenshot, it is stated that you have discovered and has not received a Scroll for Chivalry. Take a look at my images: Image #1 and Image #2

Sorry but I scrutinised your bug report on scrolls and can see no problem

I think you confuse the two different types of Scribe Reports


These are your Daily Scrolls delivered by your Scribe - http://prntscr.com/kgshb1

These are the Lost Arts discovered or upgraded by you - http://prntscr.com/kgsi7n

Note the different wording and icons used - You did not receive a Chivalry Scroll - You upgraded a Chivalry Lost Art Level 15/16


You have claimed that unwanted scrolls have been delivered, but did not appear in your House of Scrolls
These were not scroll reports - they were reports to inform you that your lost art upgrade has been completed

I am pretty certain that I could explain this for you, but it would be better if you could show us a screenshot

It looks like you failed to kill the undead because your champion was too low level, so you only get half the hit points .... but the battle report will show a different level if it also levelled-up


For example - you send a level 10 champion to attack a level 6 undead and it fails

but the stupid battle report shows a level 11 champion failing to kill a level 6 undead, which should be impossible


This confusion in battle reports has been changed for the new Corrupted undead types on facebook, but they did not correct the mistake on the old Undead hits - typical

What you are saying is scrolls "not deciphered" by the scribe are lost arts that have been discovered & upgraded by me - correct?


Screen shot 2 show lost arts "Alliance of tribes" being discovered/upgraded by me on two occasions on 29/07/2018. Therefore, the lost art of alliance of tribes should be at level 2/32 - correct?

Why then does screen shot 1 only show alliance of tribes at level 1/32, when it should be at 2/32 going on your analysis?

The champion issue: today I sent a level 11/25 Forge-master with 2228 power to attack a fiend level 6 with full 1617 power. I only received 332 HP power after attack.  Cannot count the amount of time I have lost valuable HP experience for no reason. This happens frequently when sending out more than one champion on multiple attacks to different fiends.

This is because the report from the scribe is a bugged duplicate report

Hi All,

I agree with you Jinx about the scroll bugs. I have suffered a similar situation from day 1. I have on numerous occasions not received any deciphered scrolls from my scribe for days at  time, however the game is supposed to give a player 1 scroll per day. As the screen shot shows I have not received a deciphered scroll between the 7/8/18 and 11/8/18 

This is the reason why I quit playing the game initially.

Snowgoon is correct in that you had a duplication bug going on.  You have at least 3 duplicate entries shown in the screenshot.
