Some updates about the March Battle Pass

We want to inform you that, due to specific changes this month, the current March Battle Pass will end on March 30 at 23:59 UTC. Because of the time switch in this particular Battle Pass, it lasts one day shorter than usual. Accordingly, for those players who purchased the March Battle Pass, in-game compensation will be provided on April 1.

Please note that the schedules of certain game events and offers may change. We kindly recommend checking the duration of the Battle Passes before purchasing. It will ensure you are certain of the number of event days and can plan your gaming activity accordingly. Thank you for your understanding, and have a terrific game! 💙

But when will it be resolved? April 30th? By now, we should already have some of the benefits that the pass gives... and we have nothing.

LIke magic, I got another canned response from support, right after I posted here. It explains nothing, offers nothing and tells me to be patient while the items I purchased expire. I expect a free April battle pass, and 30 levellers, as compensation for the brutal performance of your support and as such, I have purchased April battle pass and levellers, AGAIN, to not waste any more time of the bonuses I already paid for. I now expect to be refunded not only for the first purchase, as you did not provide the products that I paid for AND a refund for the second purchase as compensation for my "inconvenience".

Followed all the instructions on the support, no refund, no money, leary about purchasing a new battle pass. It seems that Plarium strikes, fill out the form, follow the instructions and you get nothing. I either want a refund or an elite battle pass that I paid for. 

Hello Archon. Please check your email. A lot of players received an email that they will get a refund as soon as possible.🙂

Hello Archon. The fact you posted here is irrelevant to the email you got, as a lot of players receive it. Regarding what you spend to level up the 1-day battle pass, you should explain it to the Support.🙂

Hello Archon. The Support agents are workload, because they have a lot of tickets for the specific issue, as other Plarium games have had this Technical error. Please read your email again.🙂

It's April 9th ​​and still no refund. To think that all it took was activating the pass for those who had paid...

I received an email finally on April 5th, informing me that I would get a refund, but have seen nothing. I bought my April Battle Pass on April 6, losing 20% of its value due to Plarium screw up, and getting no compensation, and then magically, hours later, got an email informing that Plarium was "giving" me 30 Levellers, which I had already paid for twice!!!!!!! Plarium has not refunded the March 31 Battle Pass, has not given me any compensation, and has made me pay for everything twice to get it. I do have an extra 30 levellers, so in that case I do have what I paid for, although I had to wait and ask repeatedly to get it. Compensation for this colossal mess should be a refund not only of the March 31 Battle Pass, but the April Battle Pass as a recognition of how poorly this was handled.

Still no update on compensation , still no refund for a mess that happened 10 days ago. Unacceptable performance.
