We didn't change the rules. You raid PPs and get rewards for doing that. It's still the same. We've already explained the changes in our post 3 months ago. Moreover, we gave you as much details as possible. Unfortunately, we've never been able to explain you the game mechanics as this information is classified and should be discovered by players on their own.

We've also made sure to keep the transition period when your old PPs were not affected by the change.

Edit:As you probably know I've recently passed your feedback about PPs to our devs. They understand your position, but before making any changes they want to analyze their own data as well. So they are waiting for analytics data to check the activity of players on PPs and make a decision afterwards. Right now I don't know if they decide to change PPs or leave them as they are.
