What happens if two players they have the same ammount of resources on raid rankings at the end of the week?
For example:Two players finish with the same ammount of resources on the weekly raid ranking on the top 1.
A) Both get 5000 drhs.
B) They share 4500 drhs each.
C) If no one of A or B happens, what happens and how been decided to whom be the 1st and who the 2nd?

Listen, I don't control what the developers and the help desk do. I did not suffer the problems because I did not fully play the game last weekend. Now I speak as a player, I do not see why only a part of the players would be affected. If the developers are working to solve these problems, it's because it comes from their home. So general problem.
There is no compensation because players like me who have not seen these problems do not have to be rewarded for something they have not done. That's why you have to ask. I know it's annoying but I do not make the rules.
The reaction time of the support center is longer or shorter because there is a lot of demand. And I understand that you do not want to contact them if it's to receive a word of excuse.
Now I do not know what to say to you, there have been problems, many have been affected and it is normal that you want compensation for your patience and your losses for some. But it's not me, nor anybody representing plarium on the forum who make the rules.

Compensation for everyone is not possible, plarium can not distribute rewards to players who have not been present during these problems.
Something doesn't add Bill earlier you write here you aren't affected , also Dimitry wrote that weren't all of us affected ..now everyone it's in the same situation ?? And why plarium didn't compensate those wich lose troups ,resources , items ?? My ticket on this problem didn't change from my last post here ,two days ago for example and nobody give me an answer

You are sure that will do ? Till now i get only thing that we are sorry for youre bad experience (260828 ) , like i got also some months ago when i couldn't log in 4 days in game
p.s. to who contact if i know i was 12 in ranking overall in an tournament one hour before to finish and you guys still saying i wasn't in any top to get rewards for the overall placement ? My ticket get closed (249504) ..even if it was impossible that somebody exceed me , to left me out of the top 100 ...not to say top 20 with only one hours left to finish the tournament ,

The support center receives hundreds (if not thousands) of tickets each day.
If you look at the bottom of the forum you see the number of registered that is 1,784,137 registered users, so even more at stake. Sometimes you get a quick response (it happened to me in less than 24 hours), but sometimes it can take longer.

The game right now for the "MAJORITY" of the players (if you want me to put it that way) is unplayble.. Lag spikes are off the charts again, I have to press 10 times to break an item in the general in order to do so and I don't need to mention the risk that some players take to raid or do other things that involve their army during this huge delay. (also, I have cleared my cache, have great internet speed, using latest update on flash and chrome, and my pc is top of the art)
I think since Plarium is giving a form of compensation in other games then I don't understand why they don't give the same form of compensation here when the problem resides on the company.
Also the compensation should be given to all players no matter if they experienced lag or not Bill. Come on man I'm sure you played other browser games as well you know how this works.
Let's not hide behind our finger here please guys, do not underestimate our intelligence nor our gaming experience in these kinds of situations.

In Plarium's "Vikings" game everyone was/are(?) getting small gift for every maintenance, no matter how short, I was often signing in and getting gift for sleeping through 15 minutes maintenance, which happed a lot in "Vikings" when "browser version" of that game was released.
I realise these two days of Sparta being laggy maybe was not planned by Plarium and MAYBE it was not their fault, but it does not change the fact that many players lost drachmas, units and resources because of lags. It's is really offensive that game managment didn't thought about any compensation gift.
