Great Game & Kudos to Plarium for the usual bang up job!

....Another coa conflict and so far according to the scores, as in every coa conflict, not one of our members is active and has scored any points but myself and I've only managed to get a few thousand point despite our having over 6 million points!

Keep up the great work Plarium!

The problem is that every minute of play requires reporting to the support team.


Technically nothing works right in the game, every minute there is a bug, how do we report this?


I opened a post to post the bugs and they are all ignored, plarium never fixes anything.


Who has not thought to send pa to a city and surprise... when the pa hits the city it had full protection, but the bug does not show protection on the map.


When a player changes position on the map you cannot find him, only if you refresh the game will you see his new location.


I could list 1000 bugs, and of course the lag of the game, if we add to all this the manipulation of plarium and that the game is no longer a war game and it's all boring tasks... and the war tournaments have been eliminated. ...


I think that since no new player enters this game.. maximum 2 years for the game to end, I think that in 2 years 50% of non-coiners players will leave the game and the coiners will get bored.


Although in reality the game is practically dead at the moment.

Fortuna, you maybe are right here! Vanesa, Mortee and me, are players on the FB Plarium Play platform, so we know only what bugs the game has when we play the game on our platform. Of course, there are also players who report bugs but after following the usual troubleshooting, their game is smooth again. Why not try it yourself too?  Mods want to save your time to submit a ticket to the Support to get the same reply. We aren't here to disagree with you or everyone else. We are here to help you and to share our game's and mod's knowledge if it is necessary.We play the game for almost 8 years and I'm a mod for 4 years, dedicated to assisting the players, if they will allow me ofc.                                                                    
   Regarding the topic for the Chronos quest, we do have the 6th and 7th orders issue as well, as it is very rare to get, but a lot of players use the event that gives us  more chances to get the 6th and 7th orders and store a lot of pages with locked up 6th and 7th orders, so we have a lot available for months.                                                                                                                     
   The games have specialists who check the gamers' activity, so if they will notice that the big spenders gonna leave the game, I'm sure that the specialists will avoid it. So, don't worry, is it just a game to have fun 🙂

and also must be my internet provider why I did not get the key with the coffer in the warrior pass and why support is trying to get me tired of asking to not give it to me... and many others that in your words may have had internet problems

seems you did nto read well, because talking to support still is impossible and you get ignored and  of course, ALWAYS ALWAYS is our fault...

For all the tickets I have submitted over the last 3 years and with Plarium's only purposely making it harder to do so, I have recieved in response 1 standard auto bot reply noting that 1 ticket was actually recieved and 1 other standard auto bot reply asking me to be civil after I got fed up with constantly be ignored by customer support, dismissed outright by customer support, after presenting the endless screenshots requested by customer support and being fpersonally aulted and blamed by customer support, or, as it should be correctly re-named No Customer Support!

the problem is not delaying in answering, the problem normally is the answer.... you wait several days for a standard cpy paste answer that says is your fault (computer internet or ignorance) then you write back and it is like banging yourself on a wall.... same feeling ( I guess never done lol)

if this is the case, again flag it to one of us so we can flag it to be looked at again including why you think the response is incorrect, feedback is important to all customer service teams, if they dont get feedback they dont know how to improve. 


With regards to the lag issues, totally get where you are coming from, also get it, I will request i nfo onto why it happens and what Plarium are doing to improve the situation. I usually get it when I am running guasrdians iin the background and also either raiding or doing PP's at the same time  


will also remind mykself how to get har files as thats what we used to submit to plarium to help them find out what the issue was and do a post with the instructions

Anyway i am sure that after years and years of poorly game speed for everyone, the problem does not need a har file, needs proper professionals, better servers, etc etc etc and will from Plarium to do it.

Fortuna, our support team is reviewing each case individually, so if the issue doesn't require such information, our agents will indeed find the best option for helping the players as they have the right tools to do so. As a player, I deeply disagree with you. I see Sparta very active currently, of course is not the same Sparta we started playing 7/8 years ago, but there are a lot of conflicts, wars and alliances going all around. I have lot of tean mates, frieds a, enemies and a lot of people that I didnt even meet in this 8 years playing. The game released a lot of new features and devs are trying to improve things. Yes there are bugs, and considerating that we had to experience a forced migration, Im really surprised that we are even able to play so smootly still. 

There is nothing you like about Sparta? Then why are you playing? I play because I love the game. If I found all the things you mention only into a minus balance, well, it just dont worth the time. 

I get you, you love the game why it is all sunshine it appears, but it does not change the fact that BUGS are not being FIXED. Devs should stop hitting the cracks and work on them or at least be honest on why it may take time by being transparent. Instead of you mods always saying "we will let the devs know" promise. nuffsaid

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me. Your feedback will be forwarded to the dev team. Speaking about Guardians' Quests, we are working on a new feature that may help players to receive Level 7 Orders easier. Stay tuned. 😎 

That was a message I receive in March 2021 yet 11 months later it is harder to get level 6 and level 7  in daily guardian quests than it was when I complained. 

Level 7 is supposed to be a 1% chance yet after 11 months I have not received even 1 and am sure I have opened at least 2000 boxes. According to your %'s I should have received around 20 yet NOT even 1.

If Plarium keeps adding stupid rip-off events and reward programs that cost more in time and resources than the value of said rewards time to leave this rubbish game. 

Nothing works as it should yet every upgrade they beautify stuff to placate us. Please remember those players who spend less than $1000 a month to play the game also play. 

Everything Plarium does is to benefit big coiners whilst the rest can get lost it seems.

And with all due respect, I dont what color the sky is in your Sparta world, but all I have seen in 8 years of so-called improvements, additions and fixes is over a a hundred of my valued coa teammates, thousands of friends and hundreds of coas leave the game because of the abject ineptitude, ignorance, stupidity and total disregard for the players, their coas, all customer support and the costs, playablity and enjoyment of the game.

With the latest inane introduction of the utterly confusing and useless "Divine Items" what we got in return for this gift from the "Developers" is Chat is not working, Raiding is not working, Guardian Quests are not working, Offensive units being found out in the open and unprotected and who knows what all else each and every time we have to refresh, refresh, refresh, clear cache, refresh, reinstall app, refresh..........

The developers (if you should choose to call them that out of politeness) are always trying, are always working hard, are always aware of the endless list of problems and yet most of the latest supposed fixes are for problems that have been around for years and all we get with every so-called round of "improvements"  and "additions" that no player ever asked for is more lag, more bugs, more glitches and more having to clear one's cache and refresh constantly in hopes one can play the game for more than 5 minutes before something else fails to properly update, to properly load and to properly work.

And report what exactly to the wonderful supposed "Support Team"? What do you think we have been doing day in and day out for years now? How many thousands of times do we have to hit the Report Lag link? And why do you think we are here trying to get some one and any one from the supposed "Developers" or "Support Team" to ever and finally listen? And why do they themselves not actively monitor, read and participate in this forum rather than hiding beyond endless layers and walls of nonsense and red tape to ever give a direct answer?
