Are you using a VPN? Due to a recent update in Plarium Play it is no longer possible to get in the games when you are connected to a VPN. 

Have you tried de-installing Plarium PLay and re-install again? Don't worry you will not lose your account. Just remember your e-mailaddress and current Password.

Impossible de lancer le jeu. Impossible de lancer Plarium Play.

Impossible d'arriver à la page d'accueil.

J'ai supprimé Plarium Play

Installé a nouveau Plarium Play.

Rien a faire!!

also if this matter is not resolved i want a complete refund of all money i spent over last 7 years. this means a lot to me to be able to play the game

Le probleme a évolué.

Dorénavant, je peux lancer Plarium Play, le lier à mon compte Facebook, le jeu charge et.... la fenetre reste noire. On entend bien le son du jeu, quand on déplace la souris, le curseur change, mais le jeu reste dans le noir... Toujours pas de réponse de Plarium...

Well, again the exact same song. Everything is working. Then suddenly, something happens. And the game won't start. Black screen. Everything you ask about VPN. It is not installed. And with the VPN turned on, it also does not start. Reinstalling the game. Reset cache. This is all done. Windows 10 operating system. What should I do?

AGAIN the game it totally screwed up. Windows pop up with nothing in them, then you can't get rid of them. It is totally BS with as much cash as has been spent by players on this mess.

Well sir. If you dont have a ticketnumber you have not contacted Support as I advised you several times. Nothing I can do for you without a ticketnumber :) FYI without submitting a ticket your issue will never be solved and making new comments here will also not contribute to a solution.
