Hi, guys! If you are having loading issues and your game stucks at 99%, please do the following:

Try entering the game from FireFox. If you don't succeed, install Browsec VPN extension and try again.

If it doesn't help, please send a har file to Support:https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Here is an instruction for different browsers: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000737325-How-to-create-and-send-a-har-file

Also please do the following:

Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.

This information is required for further investigation.

Try installing that extension on Google Chrome..I did and it's working for me..Good luck1

1) Install and turn on browsec VPN extension or use Opera in Turbo mode

2) Try another internet connection
