Just a thought; Would be nice to tweak the algorithm a bit to give more heavy rewards. I along with  have been losing many/all troops doing the Ops. Like today I was constantly bombarded with Hero equipment, and the ones which made it completely meaningless. I came from another game 2 weeks ago and I can honestly say I enjoy Soldiers Inc more. Losing a whole army in an unbalanced gamble (Special Ops missions) isn't fun.

Commander, all Units (including different modifications) count when you raid Ops. There can be several reasons why you feel like you get a small reward. First of all, remember that the reward size may differ even for the same Ops level. Also, try to minimize your losses by analyzing the enemies Units on a Op before raiding it. Don't worry, if you still don't get a Reward, you'll get in eventually :) 

All is fair in love and war!  I know it's a game, but in any battle (real life) you will lose troops.  The main thing is that the use of special ops is equal for all players.. which it currently is.

Hello Commander. Try hitting the maximum number of Special Ops and check if you receive new the next day. 

I have been losing all troops in special ops in 2 weeks after I had a fight and lost 5,5 millions of offensive power. I do not know what is happening to my special ops, it is all losing and I am now extremely disappointed about that. I had bought a pack of 6000 Yen and kept losing all again. Now I will stop doing ops and stop any other purchasing for this game until my problems are FIXED! 

i do not blame you i would quit the game until they address the problem and refund twice the amount you spent and yes i said that onewaypilot.

Hello, ONEWAYPILOT.

Please remember that you cannot receive more than you lost on Special Ops Locations. You receive approximately the same number of units back as a reward. Operations won't help you to increase your army. They are meant to be used for trading smaller units for stronger ones. For instance, on a high-level Operations, you can use Mechanized InfantryUnits and receive Armor Units back. So, you can use Operations effectively for improving the quality of your army but not for increasing its size.

All units have their own value. Basically, the stronger the unit is and the more resources you need to build it - the bigger its value is.

Light Infantry and Mechanized Infantry units are often the best choices for Special Ops Locations. I hope it helps. 

I'm confused by what answer you need commander..  There is an algorithm for pay outs when playing ops, from gear, to resources to units, etc.  On the forums here we can share our own experiences, as some have.. and I know in the group I play with we continue to try to figure out the best pattern on how to do special ops to get the "payout" we want.  I am confused by your post though as to what you need help with?  As for losing power, that is going to happen when sending your units to do Special Operations, as stated before the payout is not always in units to replace those lost.

I too have lost a lot of lot of lot of troops in special ops. Its going to sound like repeating what has been said many times before but I'd like to remind others, that special ops rewards is randomised which doesn't mean guaranteed.

Doing the ops is like going to a casino to play blackjack/21, you get a reward when you have a winning hand and a bigger reward when you have 21. you can play multiple times not get anything for a long time then decide to keep going till you either win or lose everything.

The key point is when I play, I have to choose whether to carry on or not, So my new thinking to approach ops is know when to stop.

i could not reproduce any errors with the special ops system.  I have been wiped of units before by special ops.. had to rebuild .. once rebuilt, I was able to hit ops and regain those units.

You mention a game crash?  I am unaware of any game crash, can you elaborate.

There are a lot of elements to the payout, such as some rewards are paid our in resources, units, etc.  Like a few comments above I notice another Commander stated he ensured that all of his resources are maxed out to ensure that he is not paid out in Resources.  

As well this is a strategy game, and loss of units is expected, it is how you use those units.. whether during tournaments, in defense or capture of blacksite, that matters.  Capitalizing on using units on Special Operations, should be done during tournaments that way you also get payback in rewards from the tournament.

If you truly believe that you received no award at all, you may feel free to contact the support team.  However I haven't been able to reproduce any problems with the special ops system on my account.
