Hi vwoc i hope you can help a player in our kingdom, He posted on a post by you guys on Facebook, the post was with regards to your staff and the people of Ukraine. The post said something like the current situation in Ukraine, our guy pointed out it was not a situation, it was a war where war crimes are being commited and innocent men women and children are dying. For this post he seems to have been banned as he can no longer play the game, no warning or even a post saying your banned. His point is if you do not want players to coment on a post like this, just have it as read only. So my question is who does he complain to? he is on linkedin so can see most employees. your help in this would be great

Good morning Ivor. Unfortunately for what ever reason he can't click on any vikings links, that's why he he is checking out staff on linkedin. He did not break any ingame rules, if you look on your facebook posts, your team are banning players for posts. Nothing that has been said is false, but being banned for commenting about Ukraine on a post about Ukraine is just wrong. 5+ years this guy has played spent lots of money, will always stick up for the underdog in game and life. Can i also say we see the posts from Plarium company, its wrong just to cherry pick bits to post on facebook. If the company that owns vwoc puts out a post, its that post not a cherry picked one they want posted. Stand up for your staff and the people of Ukraine, your company is

They should have put the post as read only if they did not want people to respond to it. And they should not playdown what is happening either, that just winds people up. Any chance they can post what Plarium posts? seems they cherry pick what they want people to see, that is a very bad way to be. If you get a min go check it out, then go check out other Plarium game posts on facebook. Most of us play lots of games, we see the difference. a mod from a different country would put a thumbs up not ban him. how do i know? go read other Plarium games post.  Anyway he is done, but he will go down fighting 😂 Thank you for your time Ivar 👍have a good one 

I don't think this is a Russian game, may have lots of Russian players and Russian employees but its owned by Plarium. If it was Russian i don't think we would be able to play it. We have tried to make friends with Russian players in the past, and only one person ever bothered with us. He eventually came to our clan and is a great guy. 👍

Hey Miss Hortensia The last update was about profit not players, they say it was after player feedback 😂😂. I have a few friends in BLOOD clan like top 10 players they are even complaining. So if the top guys in the game never asked for it and the bottom players never asked for it. vwoc decided to just do it for more profit. To max events Palace 40  players need three times the points, 3 times the time to complete it. for the same rewards. And when everyone complains you get.                                     I am sorry that the recent changes did not meet your expectations. This feedback has been forwarded to our developers for the further consideration.

I have been playing VWOC since 2017 and in that time i have NEVER seen anything changed because players complained. some updates have been good but the last is the worst since i have been playing.

Hi Ivar I have many many times, lots of us have. But as i have been told it take time to consider things 😂 over 5 years and your specialists are still studying the changes we (players ) keep asking for. I am sorry but wtf .  When you did the last upgrade your facebook team said, it was because of players feedback and ingame balance. Nobody asked for the change therefore the balace would have been fine. I even asked the king of jot when the update came out, nothing to do wth us mate was his reply. Sorry to say the game is not much fun anymore, more of a chore. Quick one for you Holmgang people have been complaining never getting a slot, reply get on as soon as it pops up to avoid missing out? That was on Facebook btw, so wake up ay 2am to try and get a slot 😂😂.

As for the Holmgang matchmaking — if a group contains an odd number of participants, the Clan with the lowest Influence will be left without an opponent and will miss this Competition. Please try to apply to participate in the Event a bit earlier to find the proper opponent👍

Ivar so you want players to wake up ay 2am to try and get a slot 😂😂.  never going to happen sorry, how about changing the times the comp appears? how about having more slots? how about after the event players are auto ported back to home kingdom so they can't hit clans who they are not fighting against? this happened a few times to us when players 6 x bigger than our clan would hit us when we are setting up our OS. how about how about how about, When players ask for the same thing time and time again year after year. And we get the same response, we stop bothering. I am sorry but 5 years to study a thing that we have been asking for is utter rubbish, You could train to become a doctor in that time. And i have no idea what you mean by potential risks.

Where do you live xyz, you are not missing much not having access to facebook Its not that good. Lots play this game and other Plarium games on facebook though and you also get a lot more posts about the game on facebook.

Hey xyz yea i often find when you are going to lose any event there is no point even trying, the clan rewards are getting worst and worst so no point wasting boosts energy etc trying to get them. Our kingdom was doing very well before the last update, now we have lost a lot of our bigger players the kingdom is dying. Players are either quitting or playing out the account until boosts energy etc are all gone then quitting. I think a big problem at the moment is players have zero trust in moderators, we get the same canned replys time after time.  If the response is all they can post it sucks for them but sucks for us more.                                                                            On Raid there was a post, and it said we listened to what our players asked for and this is what we have done. Great it was what we asked for and they did it. VWOC last update want bigger players to spend 3 times more energy boost and time to get the same rewards 😂And when we ask why they did that reply from moderators was player feedback 😂 We know it was NOT player feedback but same old reponse. You need to trust mods and at the moment we don't. Add to that the banning players, for posting basicly what Plarium have put out. If the owner of the company posted on facebook the same statements he puts out to the world he would be banned 😂😂 btw this is for xyz not mods and the mods i am talking about are the facebook ones. 

Yes in Raid the moderators play the game, there was a post a while ago from the Mods saying we listened to our players and changed a bunch of stuff that players had been asking for. In vwoc we have been asking for the same things for over 5 years, still no change just the same BS reply. I think the main team atm is Russian based, not sure if things change when it is moved. One can only hope. 

This is good / most of the problems of the game .. the presence of large players with players of lesser level ..
