Thank you for contacting the Plarium Support Team.

If you constantly experience this issue, please make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Make sure your device's antivirus is not blocking the application. If possible, connect through other access point/router. Please, clear the cache of your browser, close all other tabs and background applications while playing the game and please make sure that you have the latest version of the Java installed on your computer. Also, you can always try to play the game on a different browser.

Please note that Plarium.com needs to use cookies in order for the game to launch correctly. Please don't forget to enable/allow cookies on your browser.

If in-game failures occur constantly, please let us know.

I already did all things above before i sent ticket to support. Problem is not resolved. From plarium page it is still not playable.

Anyone any news on that..my peace shield is slowly coming to an end! 

tried pretty much everything, java, drivers, anti-vir, other blocker, pretty mcuh everything i can find in the forums so it would be nice to get some kind of response from the Admins?!?!? Please let us know whats going on, Plarium!!!

Same thing here.... for 3 days now... cant play in chrome or firefox. Shield is going down... frustrated

So today I cant play game even from PC I played on yesterday. So yesterday after update on other PC where I played I cant run game from Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Explorer, and today on other PC I cant play on Chrome and Firefox. So 2 PCs, all browsers tested, all the same error message.

I am logged in on firefox through plarium ... and have been pretty much since the update ... I have heard that some people who had problems went on opera and then could log in.

Windows 10, Edge, FireFox - the same error

FIXED THE ISSUE!!!!! 

You need a VPN Client and then connect to an US Server.

1) Clear the Cache first(any Browser)

2) Open the VPN Connection to an US Server(i used an CISCO Anyconnect Software)

3) Open the game and it should work!!!

Ich habe gerade Chrom, Opera und MS Edge ausprobiert - geht jetzt bei Allen.

Ich habe vorher einen VPN Client installiert (http://www.chip.de/downloads/SoftEther-VPN-Client_66455578.html) und Cache geleert.

Das kann jetzt natürlich auch reiner Zufall sein - hab wirklich keine Ahnung, aber jetzt läuft's :-)))
