Not the best place to ask questions but you did get noticed.

It should be in the forge stock,but you should be able to find it via hero,hero abode by clicking the equipment slots, which may or may not be filled , depending on if you have already forged something and equipped  the hero.

You can find it in the Forge, then "Hero's Equipment" tab. Or if you enter the Hero's Abode and try to change any equipment, you will see all list of the equipment for this slot there.
