Check your palace to see what your town capacity is. Production will stop if you exceed this limit.

If you have noticed that the production of resources in your Town is stuck, check the capacity of your resource buildings. To do this, go to the Palace, Statistics tab and choose the required resource. According to the game rules, resource production stops when resource capacity has reached its limit. You need to upgrade the resource buildings to increase their capacity. Also you can learn Knowledge from Economic tab in the Oracle to increase the capacity of your resource buildings.

It is already second try to reach you. Still no answer to my first request. As I‘ve mentioned before we r paying you a huge amount of money for the garbage you are presenting us lately. When will you realize that you don‘t have enough server power to maintain that many games, kingdoms and players, can’t clean up dead castles, citadels, can’t add function to remove all flashy wooshy moving effects - no one really needs them, but instead you add even more new kingdoms, even more new features and not having even a slightest idea that 700 teleportations or creation of 1000 rings by millions of ppl can cause some running issues.. are you 10 year’s old children? Also I would recommend to check how many “for” and “while” loops there are. How many creations and deleting of new fields there are. Coding can be overloaded if you start to cascade them without stop.
Our clan has lost already Second time battle because we either cannot log into game, or we cannot send Onslaught , or we r miraculously finding our troops at home instead of Place of Power , where they should have been.
We still haven’t received any compensation or explanation for the first one , but I guess plarium does it only for streamers and their clans and rest are just insects, who don’t require any attention. If there won’t be any improvement in connection/lag direction I am leaving this project for good and I encourage others, who read this post stop eating the lies and do the same. There a lot of other exiting projects out there, which require less money.
before quitting the game everyone should demand every cent they have spent on this game back even if it means taking legal action plarium has failed to provide a stable game platform and it is not our fault we have paid for a defective product we are unable to use any longer or unwilling to put up with plarium dose not care if you quit playing they have your money and will continue making millions from a game they have made unplayable i have played since 2017 and there has all ways been issues with this game but for more than a year now plarium has been out of control with greed and have created a bunch of monster issues in game play they have no control over some players can not login for days and this is not our fault and if we chose to quit playing there game over there inability to provide there consumer of there product a playable game and plarium if would to see my post here in forum get me logged in to the dam gameDear Plarium,

I have the same issue, playing on pc. Got in on my main through the launcher, but that doesnt help me getting in on my alts... :(
