The Armour of the north is available only to new player's starting a new city and recently older player's who's towns are still below a certain level, Below level 21 I believe, Each piece of the armour gives instant upgrades the axe is the first piece to be offered which gives the least instant upgrade of only 90 minutes and the amulets gives the largest instant upgrade, if you buy the full set you get instant upgrades of up to 5 days far grater than even vip level 30, As well as that each piece has rss yielding stats of 21% double that of centurion gear which only gives 8% to 10% and hakkons boots which gives 12%.The amulets however do not have any rss yielding stats  https://plarium.com/forum/en/vikings-war-of-clans/582_general-questions/126176_armor-of-the-north/
