It could be an option to remove the Clan-Leader if he is absent long enough to make it count that he quits so nobody has to create a new clan and besides an option to replace your sh.
and yes..giveaways = sending materials to clan members.
and a more combat lasting version

another way for plarium to screw us over like with the fury event ever since the first one we have less L6 tiles and L5 where there used to be 6s plarium says they want to give us what we want but it is what plarium wants us to have to spend more money why wont plarium put the ideas out there and let the majority of the players who have been playing and funding the whole dam game vote on it if they like it or not it would be as simple there thumb icon one up the other down plarium could save money by laying off some of the people they have employed to figure out how to screw the players out of more money and hire some new people to fix the dam bugs that have been in the game since it started not to mention all the new ones that come with these new events and when or are they ever going to get a round to deleting some of these dead cities or would it show plarium does not have as many active players as they claim - and that is about all i have to say for now

I still have to disagree with your take on what she wrote,which was,"Friends, an update is coming! We're working on something you've long been waiting for. Any ideas what it might be?🔥" which I would suggest means something that multiple people have asked for over a long time, and not something mentioned now for the first time by a player who appears not to have played the game for very long.
Thats not to say your request isnt valid as they may also be fishing for new ideas.

A clan trading post or swap meet would be epic! For trading of gems/runes/materials or even old unused gear.
I do think it should remain within your own clan though...

Oh the log in captcha is the new update - nice finally no one can use a bot to cheat anymore - Good Job Plarium . But our clan have a problem now . Many are Germans and Italians and don´t speak any English , means they will have problems to log in . Hope you can make the captcha in there own languages. Otherwise I think our clan will loose a lot of good players by simply not manage to log in :-( Also maybe it will be good to explain for all, how these captcha are working before using them for log in . Not all are Nerds like me ;-) and working with Bitcoins/Crypto where all serious sites are protected by different kind of captcha .
