Upgrade Citadel buildings to level 2! This will allow you to expand your Order Holdings territory, conduct unique Studies in the Scholars' Hall and increase bonuses from the buildings.

Help your allies under new rules! Now Lords whose Palace is below level 6 can receive as many carts of resources as their Treasury can hold, the surplus and part of the tax will be returned to the sender.
