It hasn't been 6 months. It was directly fixed, and came back. It should not have come back. It should not have occurred in the first place. It was a false positive as their detection mechanisms are too broad and too tight.
Triyng to use the only available communications channel provided by the vendor does not make for an "impossible people" but a disreputable vendor. Don't mistake the two.
Your comment does not take into account that for the longest time, support flat out refused to help with any Plarium vehicle other than the game. Direct Discord support was long ago abandoned, leaving forum chat and forum messages the only line of support. The only point of contact for direct forum issues (inability to send within a forum facility) has been the forum and forum chat. Don't fault the messenger for using the only availble contact points to address broken pieces - as is the case here.

Regardless, if that were so, then someone else, not they, would have responded. Ergo, roles have not changed.
Support is egregiously onerous and time consuming. This is a 5 second change. That should not have been necessary - again.
The only way to date to have them understand how poorly they come across is to mirror their words back to them. Clearly, they no more appreciate receiving them than we do. The only bad path to follow here is to do nothing, ignore it, or not point it out.
