
I have the same problem. I emailed support twice yesterday, and they responded that the problem was fixed. The game worked for about 12 hours, then the bug manifested again.
Here's what's interesting. I am able to login to the game using an alternate character, but my main character is unable to login using either the Plarium Play app or the web page. So I am wondering if there is a problem connected to my character?
Please fix the login problem.

I have the same problem, my game quit, and it connected me with an old game, lost bunch of money, troops and resources, and they blamed it on my computer. always the negate their fault, lm going to report them to the BBB and comsumers agencies. everytime something goes wrong they blame it on you.
