Я писал по этой силки уже как неделя прошла
Plarium Play Downtime

As a result, you won't be able to play Stormfall: Rise of Balur that day from 10:00 to 11:00 AM UTC on Plarium Play. You also won’t be able to log into the game via Plarium Play during that time, so please plan your in-game actions around this.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will send in-game compensation to all affected players. We appreciate your patience, and we’ll do everything we can to get the game up and running again as soon as possible!

Не помогло.....всё что я написал администратору пропало месте скришотами ......и проблема с нарушением так и неразрешена
