Since new update, unable to log in, went to apps, cleared cache, still the same. Screen says unable to load data, says required data cannot be loaded, try again later.

Please find the Plarium Play application shortcut on your Desktop area >> right-click it >> click on the "Open file location" option >> delete the "Cache" folder in the opened location.
This should help.
