Wow 4 days on unable to login, my post deleted.. Now apparently it may work on the fifth day.


This is a company that does not care.

The app should be working now, let us know if it doesnt.

Players in all servers should have received the Free Gift yesterday as a small compensation for inconvenience caused.

I am playing on a desktop pc windows 10 . I installed the players app and thought everthing was working fine. Then i found out i was missing the three icons by my name in the top right hand corner. the one for friend request and the other two. I can log in without using the app and they are there but evertime i use the app they are missing. i have reinstalled 3 times not change.

Hello!

Please note your account in Plarium App is not the same as your account on a mobile phone. These are two different accounts and when you start playing via Plarium App, you get a new account.

If it's still not the issue you're facing, you need to follow Lord Gandalf's recommendation.

Hello, following the last update I have not been able to accommodate myself during 3 days When I arrived I was not on my chatEau. Impossible also to make a claim.



Cela se produit chaque fois qu'une nouvelle mise à jour est disponible. J'espère que vous pourrez vous reconnecter au jeu et réclamer votre cadeau en guise de compensation.
It happens whenever a new update comes. I hope you are able to login back to the game and claim your gift as a compensation.
