yes i have tried TWICE but same error message
as boris said above
the latest update crashed while loading with a fatal error and the app hasn't worked since.

Do you have C++ in your Programmes and Components?

Please let me know that. And we also need your pp_log.txt file which you can find in the app folder: C:\Users\{your user}\AppData\Local\Plarium

It was working fine up until the last upgrade. Then all I get is the initial screen with the "P" on it and no secondary playing screen launches. When I try to download now I am told that the application is already installed.
Any way to fix this.

Please try to delete it following Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

This is how it goes, i search for 'Plarium' on my computer. Nothing is found. I download the app, i install the app. I get 'installation failed' because application is 'already installed on my computer.' i click launch and get a fatal error Code: every time. How do i delete it off my computer so i can re install it?

too bad the new plarium app does not work.
can't even download it - error says 'this service is not available'
tried 2-3 times - uninstalled - tried to download, etc.
No go - am using the browser version now.

Today is another day this game has locked up, the Plarium Play app doesn't work plus I cannot log into any browser that I have. This is a good time to bring up that there is NO way to change your email account seeing as Verizon dropped email years ago so NO way to receive mail there anymore. You guys need to make changing things easier or at least be able to log in Somewhere when this game has a fit or your new and improved browser locks up. By the way this is not my normal log in, cannot use it to even log in here .... seams nothing works with this update

Ever since the new update, I can no longer run Plarium Play. I use windows 10. I also play on my lap top and it too will not load. I tried another computer I have with windows 8 and it comes up with error service unavailable Http error 503. This is the same error in windows 10

After the service outtage, I cannot login to Plarium Play. My email account is not recognized. However, I can still play in the browser. Fix this, please.
To those posts above mine, the servers were all down for about 3 hours - that is probably what you were experiencing.

After the Server maintenance that was done today, I keep getting this error message when I click on the App. HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
I restarted my computer and tried it again, and still gitting the same error message.
