Some players got confused because of it now. That's why I'm explaining that you don't need to wait for a Super League. It was already released in form of Coalitions.

We will be in a coalition ...but still ally with leagues from other coalitions ?

Ok, I am fresh to the forum... I am still trying to discern what the purpose of Coalitions are that cannot be performed in the game already.... I understand there is coalition chat ( Is that strictly between the league leaders or open chat?). Beyond this what is the purpose? Can leagues help defend and upgrade a coalition league beacons or fort? 

Never mind, I found the answer in the news and announcement topic thread. Coalitions do nothing for game play mechanics at all...

As for the other purposes, the main one is comfortable UI that with the help of Logo and Coalition TAG allows you to show to what Coalition you belong to.

As for the in-game mechanics' advantages, you're right, there are none of them.

If the 3 largest offences from an entire coalition can attack together then we have an even more unbalanced game. At least each dumb coiner league needs 3 dumb coiners at the moment............ it could just be 1.

Just side bar theory crafting atm but if it came in the mechanics would be so broken that the appropriate strategy for each league would be to pool all spending into one account per league and then have everyone else build defence (which btw sounds like an incredibly dull game - putting defence somewhere is not exciting gameplay for the other 149 members).

Maybe so, but... no one can defend all over the place. Oh and mechanics already broken, so... :p

I don't want it for the reason that Sir Paul mentioned.   Coalition Hammers from mulitiple leagues.

I haven't heard about such plans. At least for now.

But who knows, maybe in the future devs will change their mind and will decide to Coalitions some advantages in terms of the game play.
