how can that be a lag problem if all of us are seeing the same issue?  how are we all lagging during the same process?

i dont know what the problem is (lag/server/network...etc)

 but the HAR file will help identify the issue faster and get it fixed 

since troops are crucial i guess you better send it within your bug report to get them back ASAP
