Right now Plarium Play is only available on Windows and MacOS. There are currently no plans to expand coverage to other operating systems, I'm afraid.

If I got it right, the game doesn't load on your end via Plarium Play. If it's so, please refer to this article https://plarium-play-faq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008492000-My-game-won-t-load-How-do-I-fix-it- 

Is this issue still topical? Have you tried clearing cache or reinstalling Plarium Play?

Yes, sure. You'll be able to access the forum after December 31st. Click on All Games -> find Sparta -> click on the Read more button -> here you will find the link to the forum. I hope it helps. 😉

are you trying to say that people that have been years have no option and will loose eveerything becasue you dont bother to find solutions?

what about windows 32?

will you restitute the money spent over the last 6-8 years?

plarium dont give options after.... how many years did we knew this was going to happend? can you enlight me of you lack of solutions and lack of care of the people that had been LOYAL to plarium all this years?

by the way, why app goes incredible slow since the last two days?

is impossible to play between the slow game and the thousand of windows that open all the time and if you go back to web to enjoy the last days of real game, its paintfully to close over 10 diferent windows or more just to open game, its insane. no other game does this bs

email account on profile waqs hijacked about 4 years ago. since i can not access i can not change to my gmail address.. with no current email address on file i can not access security code to load plari play download. is there a solution,

Ken, please send an email to our technical support department here  (Migration to Desktop) section. An email address associated with your account can be changed after verification. 

Players should be able to install Plarium Play on x32. Also, players' Cities won't be deleted if they don't switch to Plarium Play till December 31st. They will be able to keep playing as soon as they install Plarium Play and log in to their accounts.
