I am also over 24 hours.

Still not able to log into my game, getting the same error message after 1 day and 6 hours. No response to any support tickets either.  There was really no need to start another thread for this.

I have been trying for over a day and it has not worked. what is wrong?

Finally after 33 hours someone from customer support emailed me back.  I was given we are sorry you are having problems nonsense, and the "I see you can log into your account now".  I messaged them back and told them no, I cannot log on to my game, I keep getting the error message. Maybe they can log onto my city, but I sure can't.

Get if Fixed Plarium.

All the way to log in, clean this, restart that. It doesn't work at all!!

I manage to talk with my Coalition ppl through our forum and they are in Europe and they can play without problems. Here in Canada I can tell you, it's not working at all!!

Almost 2 days now!!

What it takes for you Sparta to fix your problem??????????

Two days or more for me.

Come on guys.

Going to try make an alt. 

Someone deleted my thread stating the fix.  Disable your firewall and antivirus programs.  Chances are one of these or both of them are blocking you from entering the game.  I found this before Plarium support emailed me this info as their solution.

C'est la même chose pour moi ! It's the same thing for me since 8 september !!!

I don't have a firewall but disabled antivirus and did not do any good.
