Hi everybody


When we are attacked or in another stressful situation we want to launch some units (not all the army) but we loose time to choose which ones.

Is it possible to create a sub part in Acropole or another building where you can define which units who will use and from where you can launch off or def units composition.

I know choosing units manually can be a bit tedious, but unfortunately your idea would require the entire interface in the Acropolis to be revamped. And I can also see many players disliking changes to something that they are so used to, the interface in this case.

Couldn't agree more. No player in his right mind launches all def or off except as a last resort and a game proclaiming itself as tactical and strategic should allow for formations / contingents. Having to reselect units every single time we raid, siege, liberate or reinforce is just time-consuming and shows how little the developers are in touch with day-to-day issues.

We haven't had a significant update in over a year (or when was the Amphitheater introduced?), this would not make the game more interesting but at least make life easier.

Unfortunately revamping the interface in this way is not something we have in our plans at the moment. It would require a lot of variables to be accounted for and changes to the core game features.

I think it is necessary to introduce improvements in capitals, to help improve the game and more of something as important as the capital of a coalition.

At the moment we are not planning to introduce any changes to how Coalition Capitals work. This is a point that has been brought up in several threads in the past few weeks and we believe that cooperation between smaller Coalitions or diplomacy is key to protecting your Capital from larger rivals. Feedback on this has been passed to the devs, however, and if they decide to implement any limits or changes to functionality in the future we'll be sure to let our players know.

hi in this ever competitive world of sparta it is becoming increasingly the coiners that are crushing the smaller coas and fun out of the game with top coas crushing capitals of some good sized coas. i was wondering if capital attacks could be restricted? by this i mean making them into a classified group like in the buffer awards after capital showdown. or even say levl them into groups, 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-20. surely this would be a fairer and more competitive way. the way it is now is killing the game with players leaving and we want to play.

so how does having diplomacy with xxxx coa save a capital from an attack of say a top 10 coa???? just because they are bored and can!

You can either attempt to speak with representatives of the stronger Coalition to avoid conflict or you can band together with smaller Coalitions to stand a chance in a war if there is one. This is a matter we have responded to already, so unfortunately I will have to repeat that at the moment we are not planning to include attack limits for Coalition Capitals.

The problem of limiting attacks is not the problem, the problem is that when you get a capital, you have left almost defenseless, that capital has the level you have, anger falling to where they want.

I do not know if it would be to extend the level drop protection (one day is very little) on certain levels or better to have more levels of security. Now it only exists until level 5, but one at level 10 or 15. I would help to play .....

Another thing of the capital would be to have a nursing like the cities and to be able to resuscitate the troops fallen in her ....

I think that lately the game is stalled, and needs new incentives for people to play again.

It could be an interesting idea. I have already passed feedback on Coalition Capitals to our devs the other week when this subject was raised, so if they do implement changes to how Coalition Capitals work in the future, I would imagine something along these lines. Cannot make any promises at the moment though!

YES we are well aware that all you guys are interested in is making money fron the rebuilds of the players and coalitions and not spend any yourselves on developing things that may actually improve the gaming experience of all, we get that very loudly and clearly.  your reply at best is that of an employee geared with statements to fob us off because if it was a genuine reason you would know the little coas cannot make a difference even if 30 of them band together,  question...do you think we are all stupid cash cows????

That suggestion has already been answered. I understand that you do not necessarily agree with it, but at the moment there will be no further response. Please keep discussions about Coalition Capital attacks to relevant threads, any further posts arguing the feature in this thread will be removed.

Can you allow coaltion members to group together drachmas to upgrade capital and stuff ?

it is really hard to gather together 6k 7K drachmas by one person itself to upgrade the capital to lvl 5 just becoz the top coailtions are bored and attack the capital

Creating a joint "treasury" for Drachmas to be used on Coalition Capitals and Pantheons is not in our plans right now. We understand that gathering that much Drachma is not an easy task for a single player, but it is not supposed to be in this case.

As we know in this game some are capable of having huge armies, hundreds of millions, spending a lot of money. I do not criticize it.  What sense it has for a person, who invests his time playing, to get to get a minimum and decent troop, play against those people.  Where 3 or 4 people are able to burst a capital of more than 100 people. 

It would not be more interesting if there were divisions in the game, to be able to compete on an equal basis. Not being able to attack between divisions, but with the possibility of ascending or descending ........ I think that with this division those who continue to spend a lot of money would continue to spend it and the one who does not spend it because it sees that it is impossible to compete, to be competitive in another division, he would start to spend it too.

I do not use the option of dialogue and alliances or others, since the difference is so great between a very small group of coalitions and the rest, that the only possible dialogue is to give in to their demands, becoming mere puppets of them. .....

I have already passed feedback on Coalition Capitals to our developer team, so, unfortunately, there is nothing else that can be done at the moment. So far we have no plans to change the system.

can you keep the active posts on the entertainment community and the ones that are over separate ?

also specify in the post till what time the post is open?

and maybe keep an option of typing in our username so that we can find out if we have won any prize?

You can see which threads are active and which ones are not quite easily as inactive contests are locked. By default, contests are active for two weeks but there can be delays for different reasons, so it is impossible to give a set date straight away. As for the username, you can already do that with the browser search option. However, there is always a post at the very end of the contest that names the winner.
