Have you ever took the time to consider that the complaining that shows up on this forum ( be it from me or anyone else ) could simply be because there are things to complain about ? Because you should care about what your customers/players are complaining about ? Feedback in general is mostly complains, as not very much people would come to spend time by telling you how happy you make them (i would throw a party if they are happy !).
Yet again like Alyona you seem to take the complains at a personal level .We know that there's nothing you can do about anything AT all regarding the game. My expectations would be from the higher chain of command (someone that literally has decision powers).
For me it's very clear, what-ever fault plarium ever does , a simple excuse and "we'll work on it" solves the day. Sure , go ahead take few months or why not years. Yes sarcastic but you know it's the truth. How do you think a loyal player feels when you announce to him features like UnitXP (and they are still not here after 1year) ?
You can also very clearly see that there's a ton of hate towards the game imbalance that yet again you/plarium created because of the greedy scarcity tactics (that daily tailored purchase offers , forced down our minds to see every day because why not ? maybe the player is interested in the offer ... yeah right -> better said you are interested to force more sales). But yes i also agree , welcome to the world of corporations/consumerism (but still mate , a decent limit could be made, my personal belief is that you/plarium have crossed the greed line long ago). So with this game imbalance in mind , considering the missing Wheel of Fortune now (denying the small guys even more) , how should we feel ? loved ? cared ? keep waiting ?

Nice things said ! Seems you/plarium did look/cared to comment about greed/microtrasanctions about different publishers , how about own yard ?
P.S. The scope of my complain and most probably from the rest of the topic contributors : Expedite the re-adding of Wheel Of Fortune ( you don't show us signs that it's "a matter of the utmost importance" . Because for small guys , i bet it is something very important !
