The whole idea of the Arena tournament is disgusting... The only reward with any value is the level 100 ring and achieving it requires a coalition to have dozens of players with an entire array of fully upgraded grade 5/rank 6 guardians which are only achievable through spending a lot of money. It encourages formation of a "super-coalition" of "super-coiners"... Exactly what Sparta DOES NOT NEED...
Of course once you have bought a zillion bonds to build all these grade V guardians why would you care about winning a few more holy bonds? It is like a bank offering you a loan when you no longer need one.
As I have said several times before Plarium totally missed the boat here. The feature is anti-small coalition and aimed at players that have already achieved everything in the game and are actually smart enough to see this feature as totally bogus.
Plarium needs to concentrate on energizing players and bringing in new players with exciting game features. The last few features have been super-duds.
I could join Nordmann and help them clear another 3 or 4 challengers in the highest ring tiers but I'm not interested in becoming another cog in the super coalition machinery and frankly the rewards are just too crummy to even consider trying to achieve them.
My prediction is that no coalition will ever reach ring 100 simply because it's not worth the hassle and the cost.
