memory usage app

As usual another good job of our friends of Plarium, after last update of app, memory and cpu usage of pc go to 100% ,more or less.

You're really the best

Hello, Archon! Thank you for bringing this situation to my attention. 

I've contacted our devs on this matter and they answered that the simple reinstalling of the application will solve this issue. So, try to reinstall your Plarium Game App.

boris, would you be so kind of asking devs what usage of cpu and memory is the standard for this app? 5%, 10%  20%, 40% 60% ....? if would be of great help.

Hi, Hijadelafortuna. It's hard to say exactly since all the players have different CPU on their computers. And the percentage of loading the memory depends on the output of the processor. The more powerful the CPU the less percentage will be.

so are you saying that we all have shitty computers that will explain that we all have high percentage? 


so plarium using too much is not the possible reason? again is players fault?


And you move it to discussion from bugs?

but do you play? do the same actions of normal players?


because real players  that are active, have diferente numbers and with far better pc 

i hope you listen to players and not ignore our points as previous cm have done over the years!

It appears the App has a "memory leak"... The memory usage has increased steadily over the last hour starting around 700 MB when I booted the App - now up to 3.17 GB.  Eventually will run out of memory and crash.

This would explain the frequent freezes and need to restart the App regularly.  Being a programmer myself I know this can happen when you write sloppy code.  This is 100% on Plarium developers.

thanks for the info, so that would explain the constant freezes of app? lately i can not even click the arrow to go back to main page of app, i have to close app all together to be able to open it new again...

all what i have seen is when a mod dont understand what he read , he just edit / ban  the message,

it is the Ver. 2.2 Plarium policy.


we have community player that are far more  advanced in PC knowledge AND Game Knowledge  compare to this Ban hammer  MOD morons. 

Sadly its always the players who speak up that pay the price.....aka LAcazz  next probably Me

15 min of guardians  upgrade and need to  log out / in ...    32 Ram   Nvidia 1600  6 gb,   LOL

Wait next plariun  " upgrades "..and order a NASA COMPUTER to be able to play





I really pity  casual  player with some laptop or older  generation PC, Tech dept have completly forgotten them .

the problem this days in technical support or cm is that when they don't like our posts, they dont know what to say, they ignore them... (before they deleted but after complains about it, now they just ignore, and how can you argue with silence?) thats my personal experience as daily active forum user... (probably older and more active that actual moderators, tech support or cm....)

Correct me if i am wrong

Plarium want us to use APP to save computering cost / ressorces in their end and move the weight to the user.

So when the player use app, and bug happend, plarium just can and have answered its player side client, End of story.

Don´t use the app stay in web mode , and wait they change behavior toward customers.

Hello! Let me clarify some points.

Yes, like in every complicated tech system, there can be some flaws in the game. However, we have a whole team of developers which monitor game performance constantly. So, in case any critical bug occurs they start working to fix it immediately. That's why moderators, support agents, and I check this forum and if we face bug reports and can reproduce them we forward the information about such bugs to our devs. 

I hope this information will be useful.

moderators dont have ( or dont want to share ) technical infos ( have been seens so many times)


why is it so HARD to accept and reconize ( that matters for players )  FAILURE and in some cases moderator incompetancy ?

why it has always to be the players / users fault and force them to speak louder to be heard --> meaning to be banned ?

I disagree with the opinion in regards with the moderators.

I have been constantly bringing to the attention of Cm or reporting any Bug that I was made aware of and also I encounter myself during the game.

I have been constantly as a moderator trying my best to forward any issues and to help any player who has encountered issues.

I also pointed out in numerous times the importance of active players who are on Forum and praise their attention to detail and how important it is to the game itself for the help in the development of the game.

As a moderator I always explain the reason I delete the post and always ask the player to rephrase their post as my intention is not to discourage but to keep to the rules of the Forum.

I have been messaging and explaining and also do a follow up of any issues I was aware or presented with on Forum.

The moderators are active players who play this game for years and have a wide variety of experience on many platforms and many similar games and which offers their free time and support to all players with the intention of helping everyone enjoying the game, help reporting any arising issues, point out on unresolved or ongoing issues.

What everyone needs to understand is that before anything else we are players as everyone else and our duty is not to judge but to help.

Our work may not be fully exposed here but we do spend plenty of time doing work behind scene.

Thank you for appreciating our time and effort.

red, that is the funniest thing you have wrote in forum, now say that you apologise when you threat to ban people for no reason and also when you deleted the post from that person that did not break any rules (and I know for a fact never wrote that person informing, even when she was in skype and you could have done it) lol

to resume because red as usual changed the subject.... its not about moderators,  it is a problem in the app and a player identifies the problem and support is nowhere


when a bug arises..... steps....


1- there is a problem

2. we bring to forum

3. technical supper, blames us, our computers, our internet, our families, our weather.... ops sorry i mean always puts a nice link to a old and empty of meaning post where its says basic things we all know and do before coming here, but its better to blame the users and even tell them they don't know the game instead of checking that there is a problem... 

4. players here identify the problem and tell technical support (that once she put the link, ignores every single post of bugs... and they don't clase them anymore after i complained about it, now she just ignores them and there are bugs there open from months and months ago not sorted...)
