my dear alina, if the lag is in the app, what has to do the "network requests that are generated in your browser while an issue occurs" that is what the har file measures.... if you keep not realising the problem i dont knwo what else to say...

if devs ask you that to deal a matter, in that case we should worry .... as they are supposed to eb the experts

moortee, lucky you, the rest we are not so lucky maybe you are an active palyer in fb, not in plarium.com so maybe it can not be compared.

there is no package lost and my ping is quite good normally not higher of 10 in worst case scenario so please i am happy for your personal experience,  but the personal experience of hundreds that i know and talk daily basis in PLARIUM.COM is not like yours, its like mine.

the issue here is asking for a har file and if not, dev  ignore the problem (and i did provide many in the past and nothing was sorted, total waste of my time)

any way i checked and right now game is bad and my ping  and jitter   .... but this has nothing to do with an app that laggs badly .... and we all know its the servers and the constant amount of extras that plarium has increased over the years while not upgrading server... but its ok, better to tell people to buy better pcs and get better internet providers... 

The lag and the hang makes the mouse jump around like a frog on LSD at times, you have to red X and that takes time, to get back to where you want to be, at times these bugs are killing the gameplay for me.

yesterday 3 times i try to make an attack , because after hitting send, it get laggy and i had to go out and enter to find out no attack was sent... 3 times till i decided to go and do coffe

Guys, to investigate the issue (no matter whether it's a bug or lag) we need to reproduce it.

If you don't want to make a .har file, at lease send detailed information on what actions you perform when lag appear and post them in this topic: https://plarium.com/forum/en/sparta-war-of-empires/127_bug-reports/108574_loading-issues-19/

I understand you all are busy with the game and real life, but we need your help to improve the game performance.
