I forwarded it to them already. The reply was: they're given randomly. 

Devs information is the main base for information I post on Forum.

We added a confirmation window to our admin system that will prevent enabling Offers that exceed a certain limit.

every report I have seen on moderator chats and staffer chats state it was uploaded by mistake and that it shouldn't have been available to anyone at the level it was

se que nadie en el mundo es perfecto y lo entiendo, pero como jugador activo y constante que soy he visto muchos errores que nos afectan de una u otra forma a muchos jugadores por ejemplo esos cofres, Como dijo mi amigo Yaviz imaginate niveles 50 - 60 con mejores generales que un nivel 90 - 100 es imposible... traten de enmendar sus errores con motivaciones para que a la final los jugadors no se cansen y dejen el juego por que esa es la realidad ya muchos cada dia se retiran y pues es algo logico, no solo por los errores sino por todo lo nuevo que ha salido, Guardianes, Trampas, Xp unidades etc... cada dia parece mas un trabajo que un juego y esto beneficia siempre mas al que juega con dinero que a los que jugamos por cuenta propia (sin meter Dinero) pues para nosotros es casi imposible tener un Guardian calidad 5 o 4, nos dan muy pocos epicos y sacros y pues nisiquiera ponen un monto en gemas o dracmas para comprarlos sino con dinero ajuro y no deberia ser asi..... y eso es solo un ejemplo de muchos mas que hay en el juego.

Esto es un juego no solo piensen en el Beneficio Economico sino tambien en el beneficio de todos los jugadores sin dejar a ninguno por fuera, analicen y hagan mejor las cosas para poder estar agusto en el jueg y recuerden que no todos tenemos millones y millones para gastar en el juego muchos hemos llegado lejos con esfuerzo y dandole duro dia a dia como yo.

I know that nobody in the world is perfect and what is entering, but as an active and constant player I am I have seen many mistakes that has been a form of many others for example those chests, As my friend Yaviz said imagine levels 50 - 60 with better generals than a level 90 - 100 is impossible ... try to amend your mistakes with motivations so that in the end the players do not get tired and leave the game for that to be the reality and many days they retire and it is something logical, not only for the mistakes but for everything new that has come out, Guardians, Traps, Xp units, etc. Every day seems more a job than a game and this always benefits more than a game of money that we play on our own (without Money meter) because for us it is almost impossible to have a Guardian quality 5 or 4, they give us very few epic and sacral and because it is not even an amount in gems or drachmas to buy them but with money and it should not be like that ..... and that is just one example of many more in the game

This is a game to not only think about the Economic Benefit but also the benefit of all players while still being outside, analyze and do better things to be able to agitate in the game and remember that not all of us have millions and millions to spend in the game many of us have gone far with effort and giving him hard day to day like me.

The initial Offer should have contained Units, not Chests.

Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the offer that was enabled in the game first and instead of Units some players got chests.

As soon as we noticed it, the balance was changed to the correct one.

At the moment, we can't remove the chests players get as they opened them already. We also can't run this offer again as it will lead to the disbalance of the Hero feature in general.

I understand you feel offended and I'm really sorry this situation happened. Devs will add a protection in our admin system that will prevent cases like this one in the future.

Yes - it is still going on.

Members of our coalition - including myself - have found coalition chests with 50 coffers plus keys, 30 coffers plus keys, and piles of 12's, and 9's.

They come in legendary tier4, legendary tier1, rare tier3, uncommon tier3, uncommon tier1 - all coffers and keys from a single chest will be identical 

The rarity of the chest does not seem to effect the content when it comes to coffers, however players of higher levels, and that have unlocked high level positions do not receive these as content of coalition chests.

Oh my! I can't say that I am happy to see what happened with those chests but at the same time I am not terribly upset. 

A lower level player that does not do high level positions or spend much on the game will likely never get the amount of pieces to get maximum benefit from the legendary gear anyway.

Most top players have all the pieces anyway and have had them maxed for a while now. 

If you don't have a full set I get that it stings a bit to see that, but I do believe it was an honest mistake and hopefully the developers can make some improvements / additions to the generals gear that can keep that feature moving forward. 

If anything perhaps it's time to add a higher tier of general gear. Maybe a more powerful mythic level that if completely maxed out can offer another 10-20% boost to combat stats when completed? 

Of course it would have to be incredibly rare and the cost to upgrade high. 

That will give advanced players something to work on long term with the projected time to get the full set with max levels taking 1-2 years.

Then perhaps we can loosen up the rarity of the current gear and give everyone else a chance to catch up a little bit, thus making completed legendary sets more of the norm with variations in individual power being the number of upgrades performed. 

My group have been watching and recording the 9 coffer drops from coalition chests.

Things changed a few weeks ago - now they drop in groups of 6 or 9 - it is not just 9 anymore, but they still gift large numbers.

What we have noticed is that the accounts of levels 70 to 83 seem to get them constantly (almost every account in that range has found 18 to 78 legendary tier-4 items) the accounts from level 84 to 89 have seen much less (from zero to 18)   and the accounts above 89 do not find any (zero coffers across 14 accounts ... as in never seen a tier-4 legendary drop)

it would appear that the drops are not random at all as friends with high rank in other coalitions are telling me that they do not see these chests in their high level accounts ever (mind you they have not been looking or recording drops) but constantly find them in lower level (80 ish) accounts.

I would value input from other players here - are you guys finding multi coffer drops from coalitions chests?  What level is your city?

I am interested to know if it is just bad luck for our group? or are other people finding lower level accounts seem to be finding way more of these items.

(our test group is only 42 accounts and has watched well over 200 coalition chests)

Also the 9 coffers with keys have the keys .... in your inventory you get 9 coffers unopened

When you get a single generals gear - it is just the item in your inventory - you do not need to open the coffer (you do not have the option of opening the coffer)

some people have found more than one of these when opening 6 or 7 boxes - it is not an uncommon find

(well the top tier seem to be harder to come by, but everyone is finding the 9 uncommon items)

this is why i ask if it is a bug - we are truly getting 9 coffers with keys from a single coalition chest, and they are not even the highest level chests

this seems odd as the other boxes offered 300 lumber, 1 upgrade sketch, 5 drachma, 1 common generals gear item, a recharge for guardians and 5 xp ... then 9 coffers with keys

no ... even if you open all the items are listed individually 

there are the image for generals gear items (gold colour) box ... and this is very very different than the image of a coffer

the coffer shows 3 and a key symbol - and at the bottom of the little box is a number 3 (the same as the 3 in bottom corner of the sales pack that was offered by mistake) and it offered 33 items if you recall ... the 3 coffers in the box times the 11 in the bottom corner for the 11/11 sale

when i got the 9 uncommon items ... it was from opening a single box

this is something many many people have found - not just me (in fact it is mentioned above hijadelafor so i believe she found this as well
