No, I am saying that the majority of non-VIP players would not be aware of the discount in the first place and thus have no claim to the compensation. I will be blunt - issues happen. There are numerous reasons and no process is truly perfect, sometimes schedules can change in the last possible moment, sometimes something is not working as intended. I am sure the team working on discounts will take a lesson from this to avoid such issues in the future. You can discuss the matter further with your VIP agent but there is nothing else I can add, I am afraid, and we are going in circles.

again thats not the point, you share with us a info, i had been encouraged by my angents to share that info as leader of my coa in the past. so as i said thats not the point dimitri.

i am sure you as community manager can help to get a solution as your name says, nothing to discuss privately with vip agents, as mamny players do not have them

Of course, you do. This does not, however, mean that all players will be given compensation for something that they would not have known has been scheduled in the first place. So far we have passed feedback over to the team that deals with discounts, no information on what they will decide. If some sort of decision is reached, I'll put a notice here.

i dont ask for packs? you seen my question ? either shedule the 75 within the next 4 days or keep units in infirmary untill next 75 comes these things can be done for vips i know but you should be able to do this for everyone due to your error in communication. it costs you nothing !

Since more than 1 year we have on plarium server nothing new stuff, alost same gameplay and bug.

Sparta Community meanwhile really don't have high expectations on Plarium Team.

Hopefully not the same Crew is implementing the Healer discount, which is working on unique Coa Logos....

I assume if you don't store units from ALL players Infirmary til 75%, it will cost you another few hundred players.

We don't have to insult, we simply can quit game, but than you guys better watch out for new job.

I can understand any reasons for such decision. I can imagine that the revival 75% team is not the same as the tournament organisation team.. and we can't expect to have a recruitment tournament while we have a 75% healer. 

So ok, for me, that was an organisation fail. I understand. I'm still polite and say " Ok, please don't do that again".

But you also have to understand we all play in team. We are at war. I warned all players who's action could help me, as we are currently at war. 

That means a lot of players trusted me.. and still trust me. That's not only a financial problem for some as Vodka for exemple. It's a matter of trust. That's why we asked for a global solution and not only some personnal solutions for VIP players. 

I know many other game and they would have answered this way. For unexpected server maintenance, we get some more premium time for exemple. 

I can't imagine there would be a financial lost if you find a solution. Peope would pay for something else probably. 

It seems both of you are moaning where the hell is the 75% revival you have no idea for business... Plarium could have a lot of looses if put right now the 75% revival and that's the reason been cancelled... The usual wallet victims 'll revive them troops no matter what if 75% revival is on or not... The game is only for them... The rest we are just have a small additional role on this theatre...

been asking some questions for you and have been told this 

from what I am being told decisions regarding discounts are made by Marketing department. This time the discount was canceled due to technical issues. Devs together with representatives of marketing department are investigating this issue and as soon as it's fixed, they plan to launch the discount.

just imagine if the technical issue was that, instead of the revive being 75% it was only giving 45%? Wouldn't you be pleased then it was cancelled?

Not saying thats what happened, it's just an example of what the technical issue could have been , we are still waiting to find out what the actual issue was 

I also know that the Community Managers, VIP agents and Mods had NO idea it was going to be cancelled and were not given the reason by the marketing team at the time it was done so please, be polite with us all, we were as much in the dark as you all were at the time and are working really hard to find out what happened and when it will be rectified for you 

yes, just got word myself :) 

Lots of players have been affected by this. In my coal Death Inc our Leaders and other solid players has put forward msg from vips (as they usually do) that healer is coming soon to all of us. So we started to use our troops in more liberative ways. Our leaders has put Your agents words to us thinking they can trust it. And so we trust it as well. Now this promise being not fulfilled has cast big shadow over Plarium workers.

Most of my troops I had in infirmary has already died. Therefore I call: BRING OUR DEAD TROOPS BACK TO US!
