but i have no vip agent !!! what dont you understand about that ! and i understand mistakes happen but then the only fair thing to do is to look for a way to make everybody happy again... thats called taking responsability !!!!

again thats not the point, you share with us a info, i had been encouraged by my angents to share that info as leader of my coa in the past. so as i said thats not the point dimitri.

do not disrespect the non vip players 

i am sure you as community manager can help to get a solution as your name says, nothing to discuss privately with vip agents, as mamny players do not have them


you suply us with info, we trust in you ... make sure that trust is not gone


you are the community manager, so you are the one that should be helping us, the community, to get a solution FOR ALL PLAYERS

Much as I appreciate your desire to help everyone, Fortuna, this has not affected all players. At most, it affected a comparatively small number that is in the same Coalition as a VIP player or knows them by some other means. As such as we cannot just give everyone free compensation packs, this is not the kind of issue that calls for it.

It's clear to me that we are a divided community. some with a voice & some without. There needs to be a solution for all. Discrimination isn't the way to go . my money is as good as anyone's vip or not . Don't fleece the customers

i dont ask for packs? you seen my question ? either shedule the 75 within the next 4 days or keep units in infirmary untill next 75 comes these things can be done for vips i know but you should be able to do this for everyone due to your error in communication. it costs you nothing !

There are others asking for compensation, which will definitely not happen. Not sure about your suggestions. Since it does not depend on me I can make no promises in that regard. But, as I said, the matter has been forwarded already. We'll see what happens.

The announcements are made for a reason: that the players can organize their game and prepare themselves. One trusts in it and acts accordingly.

The changes that Plarium makes may be more or less attractive to players. And it is up to the players to keep playing or stop playing based on these changes. But there's one red line Plarium should never cross: Breaking the players' trust. Losing all credibility.

This action, in addition to being a serious mistake, has been qualitatively different from any other change Plarium has made to the game:

1) It has been broken with the word given and consequently it has been broken with our trust.

2) This breakage negatively affects the players

3) It is especially significant that it is also with one of the game parts that more use of Drachmas (and therefore real money) is involved.


This is not a VIP matter. It's a matter for VIT (Very Important Trust)

I have provided you with as much information and answers on the matter as is possible at the moment. I am afraid there is nothing else to add for the time being.

I do not have a specific date on the Infirmary discount at the moment. And as stated before, the Wheel of Fortune is unlikely to be brought back until the new engine is fully implemented.

Let's hope Plarium handle this situation in a way that's fair to all regardless of vip / none vip status this is a very sensitive issue involving trust & integrity. investing real money on a game is a conscious decision but investing that money on a false promise or retracted offer is a little hard to swallow. There is right & wrong, this seems to be somewhat wrong. please make it right.

another wave from player will leave and new server will coming up to try get new player.

Since more than 1 year we have on plarium server nothing new stuff, alost same gameplay and bug.

As a last note on this matter for today: seems like the issue is technical after all, some unexpected errors that are being looked into. The team is hoping to fix it ASAP, so stand by for more info.

Sparta Community meanwhile really don't have high expectations on Plarium Team.

Hopefully not the same Crew is implementing the Healer discount, which is working on unique Coa Logos....


I assume if you don't store units from ALL players Infirmary til 75%, it will cost you another few hundred players.


We don't have to insult, we simply can quit game, but than you guys better watch out for new job.

Dimitri we dont want to complain to you personally,its not personal..

a problem has happened and lots of players,your "clients", made great efforts in spending money to have units to revive with 75 and planned their strategy in this sense.. the problem,technical you said, has happened,but i am sure you can easily solve it..make an extension of the infirmery for all the server till next healer arriving.

in this way everybody will be happy and Plarium shows us to be kind and comprensive to our problems (that cost us a lot of money ndr)

I can understand any reasons for such decision. I can imagine that the revival 75% team is not the same as the tournament organisation team.. and we can't expect to have a recruitment tournament while we have a 75% healer. 


So ok, for me, that was an organisation fail. I understand. I'm still polite and say " Ok, please don't do that again".


But you also have to understand we all play in team. We are at war. I warned all players who's action could help me, as we are currently at war. 

That means a lot of players trusted me.. and still trust me. That's not only a financial problem for some as Vodka for exemple. It's a matter of trust. That's why we asked for a global solution and not only some personnal solutions for VIP players. 

I know many other game and they would have answered this way. For unexpected server maintenance, we get some more premium time for exemple. 

I can't imagine there would be a financial lost if you find a solution. Peope would pay for something else probably.
