Healer gets announced people anticipate on that and you guys are just cancelling it later on ?

i dont really care about that.. ther is money involved and you guys play tricks with us that can cost serious money. offcourse i am angry and i use bad language.  you guys should be ashamed of yourself. pethatic actions and absolut disgrace simple. now hoe will you fixx this since some players have put major teoops(money) in infirmary and purchased many packs becuase of the healer.. shame on plarium! terrible people

what it is offensive is how plarium treats his clients, us. unless you want all of us to give up game between the lag, the unplayable beta and the way  we are threated 

you give information for us to act, and then you change your mind... at least be responsible of your actions...

Problem solved for me , I've hit the chargeback. It seems that they get more and more creative in ways to milk us even more. Now even cancelled events hahaha. Unforeseen complications ? Like what ? Is xerxes doing a gang ?

At best Dimitri will show up with a lame excuse. Or even better , delete posts.

yes vips can make their agent save their units but what about all the non vip players? it is a disgrace.

The 75% Infirmary discount has been rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. I am sure the team that manages these discounts will do their best to make sure this situation does not arise again in the future. And while I understand that some of you are upset by the sudden announcement and have our sincere apologies, is it no excuse to be breaking the rules. unforseen circusntances? this is a joke, yoou take our money and no responsabilty for your acts. if you can put 25% of boost there is no emergency in game that did not allowed the 75% healer,

what we do when plarium violets our trusts? where in the forum police we can defend andexpress ourselves with these incredible wrong actions from plarium? 

can you for once be constructive and understand the damage done for NO real reason? can plarium be honest for once?

Im so sorry Dmitri, but you are so way off base, you are not even playing the game. There has been no constructive feed back from plarium. Players have been more than inconvenienced, they have been damaged by this. DO YOU GET THAT?

i agree with you, what about my players? my coa, that trusted in me passing that info from the vip agent?

at not all vips get that answer, because in my case she is not even answering me

the fact there is discount means that there is no mechanical reason to make it no happend, so there is no real reason to cancel and change your mind last monute

apologies is not what we look after, we want responsability for plarium acts..

this is not a rage post, this is asking why? this is what its a forum about to, to talk to explain... as coma you should know it all real coma know that they ahve to be for the good days and bad days, to help users not to threat them :)

how about some compensation ? Surely that would be constructive.I sincerely hope plarium will do the decent thing for once & throw their loyal customers a few crumbs & not just the hand picked vip account holders. Take a look at how long some of us have been in this game . Doesn't that mean something for heavens sake ?
