Mine is stuck as well.  Sent a report to Puffin yesterday.  

 I am writing this via Puffin though.  

Hope Plarium is complaining to Puffin about this as well.

Morning, guys! If you're still experiencing loading issues, please do the following:

1) Try to clear your browser cache to make sure that all the game files which are saved by your browser on your computer are replaced with new ones, containing the new game information. Please press Ctrl+Shift+Del to access the menu from which you can clear your browser’s cache. Then reload the page. In most situations it helps.

2) Make sure your Flash player is up to date.

3) Try to access the game from another browser or another PC if it's possible.

4) Try installing Browsec VPN extension for your browser.

5) If it doesn't help, please follow this instruction:

1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6

2. Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG

3. Try to access the game

4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g

5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.

6. Send this information to our Support Team: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

They will help you to understand the reason of your loading issues and will help you to fix them.

Also please let us know if the issue is resolved.

Our game is not optimized for Mobile browsers, so we can't guarantee the stable work of the app in that case.

well it is all mobile browser they always worked .. im sure you guys can find a fixx

i dont do that a lot.

i will stop playing if i cant find a mobile browser compatible anymore.

cant run around carrying my pc all the time and a very bigg part off the players will feel/do the same..

Yo podia jugar desde el Puffin sin problemas pero ya no puedo. Creo que es un problema de Plarium porque intente con Chrome, Mozzilla, Dolphin y el navegador de Samsung y sucede lo mismo. 

.com not working for me neither.. I think only Soldier and Total Dom. are working at the moment not sure..It must be some change of Puffin at last update   

Sry guys..I even tried to start game from other sites like from armor games but they have too many security checks and i've just closed site lol

So..Guess we can play .com only from PC which for it was desgned to play .. Play on PC if possible or join us on FB server (not sure how much will Puffin last for FB either)

Thanks Alyona.  Just speaking for myself but i know that you don't tehnically support mobile.  That being said, something changed recently and if Puffin has been using the same flash version for years and there hasnt been an app update that coincides with our issues then there is a good chance it was something that changed on Plarium's end.  Not asking to dedicate massive dev resources or make any promises per se, just asking if someone could look into it and if it's a simple fix, please help us all out.

I too have same problem except I have been using Puffin to play on iPad for months now until that Plarium Play App appeared and won’t let me get anywhere once I log in as the damn download button is in the way. 

I am not a happy camper conserving the amount of money I have spent on this game. Dis it or I will be one of many saying bye bye now

Do you want to say that Plarium Play "advertising" banner prevents you from interacting with your city ?
