Agreed. I've been in coalitions that offered zero benefits to their members, had no communication, and no leadership. I'm a member of a coalition that is the exact opposite. We have 13 sister coalitons and over 1100 members. My coalition has it's own "closed group" facebook page along with a members only facebook chat. We also have a facebook page where all 13 coalitions can communicate with each other for big issues like pan takeovers and large scale coordinated attacks. We have a leadership board that coordinates the overall direction of our team and the hege of each group relays information immediately to others so we can operate swiftly when needed.
