I would like to bring up the topic of chatting. When you join a coalition many members never even say hello let alone anything else in chat. Chatting and getting to know who your teammates are. is an integral part of this game.
It keeps you in touch with your coalition and vital if your goals are to better the Coalitions ranking.
Don't even bother joining if you are not going to socialize and get to know your teammates

Go to the icon on the right side of your screen when you are in game click on the Coalition icon (it is at the bottom of the other icons) Pull up your Coalition members tab look for your name and you will see a box if you scroll over it that will say "leave Coalition" click it and you will no longer be in that Coalition.

Well I have been using Slack.com.It's free and It's great for sharing screen shots and runs a lot smoother when typing as opposed to chatting in Plariums in chat box. It's also easier to send direct messages privately to a member if issues arise. Plus you have the abilty to create as many channels as required. E.G # Training room #General chit chat and you can have your main room for anything Sparta related. Plus there is a mobile app as well to keep up to date with notifications if somebody leaves a message in any of the rooms.

Agreed. I've been in coalitions that offered zero benefits to their members, had no communication, and no leadership. I'm a member of a coalition that is the exact opposite. We have 13 sister coalitons and over 1100 members. My coalition has it's own "closed group" facebook page along with a members only facebook chat. We also have a facebook page where all 13 coalitions can communicate with each other for big issues like pan takeovers and large scale coordinated attacks. We have a leadership board that coordinates the overall direction of our team and the hege of each group relays information immediately to others so we can operate swiftly when needed.Nice
