their capital is on fire , downgraded

my buddy told me it was a trio (nordman , parabellum & kracken) , possible more coalitions were involved like c.u or more , but 75% revival is on , they may all revive all their troops , and mayhem could get their capital back on 20 , well who knows , thats the only update i have for now as its still going on , 

but i'd be glad to know what had caused it by those who were leading the war and very involved , sparta is never boring ,  lol

I wander if MM federation will retaliate or it will fall appart like many other federations

I was quite surprised to see that their capital was much better defended than HOB's ! (compare http://prntscr.com/jfahq1 and http://prntscr.com/jfai14)

Their coa description asks 200M off and 100M def (more than any other) and they have quite a few players under lvl90, so I thought this was bullshit, but even those weaker players have been doing well in the rankings, more than 100 of them earned more than 0.5M defense ranking points, which is significant. If they have more off than def, and if they feel like retaliating, I wouldn't call them dead :)

It's interesting to see that they earned roughly twice as many points as their attackers combined ; defense usually gets more points, but definitely not twice as many ! Is it because their units were altogether more powerful (=supported by more and higher bonuses) than HOB's had been, thus killing more off troops among the attacking waves ? I can't think of another reason.

Poor Warmachine, he left HOB and ended up losing even more here :p

The twice as many poitns that MM had scored came from the big differense from deffending to attacking force measured in strenght. I would assume at the begining small raids crushed in capital. There MM collected most of the points leaving the attackers only few

If it happens and Nordman get shreded to pieces, Parabellum will strike a peace deal will NTD and MM making them the dominating coalition in Sparta, and Nordman goes empty handed.

100 000 000 /4000 (value of an agema 4000 is a small value  with bonus) give you 25000 agema...... 

do you  really think Agim, Penthé and others could raid with only 25k agema total in coa attack.... who knows.....   

But maybe Lefeubleu is true... Bigger def than hob..

By the way, DI also attacked them despite their allied status... That doesn't surprise me at all coming from nakorakis but I don't know about Golden and Vertigo, I've never come across them.

I think you are missing a big factor though. HOB was hit after Capital Takedown and was debuffed completely as Nordmann and others were buffed. This was a major factor. 

Oh yea Bamabeast, those long forgotten bonuses had a lot to do with it.

I wouldn't call reviving units cheap though, even with a -75% discount, but well, I got your point :p life ain't fair !

On the other hand, you had a new bonus coming from dominion lvl14 or 15 for most of you probably, i.e. a few more percents when attacking caps. Or wasn't it implemented yet ?

That should definitely influence the game's strategy, combined with the new fortifications levels and most importantly the massive defense bonuses when defending your city or emporia : probably more fights to come on pans and caps and less on cities and emporias, time will tell.

Anyway, bitter criticism and name calling is likely to start soon so I'll leave you to it ;)

yea k4ne removed all his def..hes only a big talk...his coa suffered alot and he backed out like a coward..he only pretends to be a leader but doesnt have the heart of a leader...such a dissapointment! i agree they should leave his coal because they dont have a good leader! join another coa you mayhem makers!...who has a strong no backing up leader...who doesnt retreat from a war and uses his members as sacrifice

k4ne already knew abt it....he got info abt it before it happened so he recalld all his def but left his coa to suffer...

We"re not sure what is the situation with K4ne and his deffence. What if he doesnt have any? All his force could be off only.

things are not always what they seem,  losses were heavy for all,   Millions of Agemas died  even with the 75% healer it still costs a fortune to heal them, and this is far from over, merely the first volley.  Who will be hit next?  If I was Nordsmann, Parabellum, Cultus United, Kracken, American Outlaws, Swartz Rot Gold, Zerebus,  or the trader allies Death Inc better be thinking about dropping your pans and sticking your entire defense in your capitals
